    Zac, you really are great! This is a good one. I'm glad I found you. Parkinson's who?
    I recently fine-tuned my medicine and my workout strategy, with two very notable improvements -
    A) it's critically important to keep my carbidopa/levidopa intake AT LEAST an hour away from meals
    B) this in-turn maximizes the medicines effectivness and makes for exercise to be more fluid, less awkward.
    For me it works best as follows: take medicine, wait 30 minutes, workout for 30 minutes, rest a bit, then eat.
