I did this today on my exam but You dont have to "identyfy" the object , you can see it clearly even if you're not underwater

I don't know why I'm watching this as an amateur snorkeler.

Icant even go down because my body keeps forcing me at surface so im “drown struggling” at the surface trying to get down and retrieve the object and then if i do even get it or get to the shallow floor, i end up floating back up when i want to stay on the floor 😑

I have done this so many times and is so weird when everything else is in the water and then all of a sudden your legs go above water! But i love it! I love swimming!!! 😀

I never knew this was a thing until my teens. As a child it was just getting from A to B, which to this day I can't do anyway. This would have terrified me if it had been done when I was in primary school. I can picture young me screaming at my classmates that they'll kill themselves if they do this, or being told off yet again for not doing the task. I can't even watch now without thinking this is an easy way to drown. How can anyone do this at all, let alone like it? I just don't get it!

I know how to retrieve something from the bottom of the pool but I thought that looking at it would help strengthen muscles without diving I would do exercise maybe that way. Been a minute since I swam. But basically it's the same exercise I need to strengthen muscle core🎉🎉🎉🎉❤😢

How do you prevent water from entering your nose and pressure from building up behind your ear drums? I find it painful.
