  • Trigger warning: eating disorders
I knew Alice Liveing's story was one full of twists and turns, but I did not expect to have such a frank conversation about the power we give 'social media stars' and the impact of toxic trends not just on viewers, but on the individuals perpetuating those trends.
This episode is about Alice's journey to balance, but it's also about the warped reality of social media, and why we shouldn't be too harsh on ourselves about our past actions, something we all need a reminder of every so often.
I hope you enjoy watching! Let me know what you think in the comments.

The raw honesty in this conversation really highlights the impact social media can have on mental health. For entrepreneurs, it's crucial to remember that building a personal brand online should never come at the cost of your well-being. Setting clear boundaries and regular digital detoxes can help maintain a healthy balance.

This was amazing Grace, I love that the new aesthetic of the podcast didn't affect at all the content of it. You should have Natacha Oceane! I think she has a very inspiring and healthy approach to fitness, and also can talk about growing online, growing a community and a business. Keep them coming! And thank you.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a comment on RUclips, but I had to say that you guys are both the OG GOAT’s from my 20’s!! Probably the only couple of people I followed on og insta and RUclips back in the day. I’ve recently become so disengaged with podcast content but this was absolutely the best most meaningful, relevant and genuine conversations I’ve listened to in a long time! Thank you both so much! ❤

Loved this interview. I wasn't aware of Alice at all, but her story resonates with me as another woman in the world. It did feel like a therapy session but one we probably all need to hear.

Omg I was convinced that there was a misspelling in the title at first. I was certain it was "Alice liveing in the dark side..", until I realised that's her name 😂

I don't know who Alice so this comment is about the fitness culture on social media makes me angry as someone who had an eating disorder that those who have no qualifications in fitness or nutrition holds a space with thousands/millions following them yet they have no authority on these topics to be spreading these toxic narratives
