- It’s a big one, today on Working Hard, Hardly Working, we have the one and only will.i.am.
He’s a multi-platinum artist, he’s won nine Grammys, an Emmy and is an all-round incredible musician, both as part of the Black Eyed Peas and as a music producer.
But what you might not know, is that he’s also a tech entrepreneur, and has been leading and investing in tech companies for over a decade now. I wanted to speak to Will about navigating two simultaneous careers, how they intersect, and what brought him to where his “career” lies now.
It’s such an honour to have Will on the podcast, I’ll be honest with you, I was pretty star-struck. Thanks for watching!

lovely how you gave him space and time to feel comfortable enough to express himself fully, so that we get to understand how he thinks!
he thinks like my 5 year old. bunch of bad ideas which aren't well thought out lol.
@@olli3686 You are probably not aware, but there isn't an idea that he discussed that he hasn't worked on and made a successful project out of.
Bros fluent in Yapanese
Sounds like you listened to the first 20 minutes
He’s so neurodivergent and it’s magic💖 I love it!!!
RIGHT??? he is neurospicy spicy!
what are the obvious tells of him being "so" (genuinely intrigued btw)
This is such an odd comment.
This is the best episode so far Grace! Thanks for bringing WillIAm to the podcast. It was very inspiring and I am really surprised how humble he is still today. Perfect interview, thanks for both of your work on this (and ofc the team’s) 🎉
One of the smartest interviews I ever seen . So much to soak to . 😊
Thank you!
Amazing interview, i love how his mind works! congratulations on getting him on your podcast! A good start for 2024 for you x
one of the most interesting interviews I have ever seen!
Great stories and lots of inspiration in this. He was an excellent interviewee - gave a lot. And funny!
What a guest Grace & team! Well done :) xx
Great interview. You say “and so” for every question and I think if that can be adjusted and allow for a more natural flow it would be even better
Absolutely love this interview
visionary. period.
Wow! I'm so impressed you got him on your channel and I'm so surprised by him, he is the complete opposite of what I imagined. Such an interesting interview, congrats 🎉
One of the most inspiring podcast guests I listened to!
Loved this episode!!
This was amazing.
This is wild
Wow! What an interesting guest!
Ohhh. She’s the girl on that youtube ad
Edit: The advert started playing as soon as I posted that 😂
Why so many subs and no views?

No way You can hear "lets make a soundtrack to your feet," and take this interview seriously. 😫😫😫
Will is the reason why I became who I am and who I will be.
I have never related more to someone else's brain as Will! The way his thoughts work, the way he talks about his experience at business school, how he goes about running his business and making pitches, the way he executes his goals. It's so creative and it is SO cool to see him, who is so successful with a brain that works in a creative way. I feel really inspired, really seen and absolutely LOVED his interview.
I still miss your fitness content. :(
EKOCycle is GENIUS
Nah not really

No way!!!
I'm not a big fan of this guy so I'm curious to see if this changes my mind. Either way I'm impressed you got him on the podcast.
In order to comprehend this I had to jeegzhzhgeeshz
I think this was a great insight to the way Will’s mind works. It would’ve been great to see a little more natural engagement and follow up to his responses from Grace, rather than the scripted questions that seemed to follow each of his detailed responses. Still a great interview though!
Delusions of grandeur
Soundtrack to your feet? get me outta here
What is this babble?
He must be on drugs.
He’s def one of those people that loves hearing the sound of his own voice and thinks his ridiculous, elementary, and flat out terrible ideas are actually good. My god I feel bad for the interviewer.
Stay mad 😂😂😂
