  • Give anger a healthy outlet before it turns into a violent behavior and you release it on someone else. Today I illustrate a bioenergetic exercise to activate suppressed anger. This exercise will help if you have a more aggressive personality and want to manage anger; it will also support you if you have a passive personality and a difficult time with feeling aggression and lack self-assertion.
    Disclaimer: This does not replace 1-1 therapy - it is only a tool to deepen your mind-body connection and expand inner work self-exploration.

    *Trauma Healing for Women - 2 Ways to Work With Me*
    6-Week Immersive Embodiment or 12-Week Intensive Private Mentorship
    *6-Week In-Body Immersion*
    This is a private introduction to Sacred Somatics. Each week, we will explore how your soul desires to express itself and guide your body from dysregulation to harmony. I will guide you through somatic exercises that enhance sensory awareness and strengthen your ego, creating a cohesive feminine container. Your body is the container; it's important that you learn its rhythm. During our time together, you will acquire a toolbox of self-regulation techniques and embodiment practices. At the end of our work, we will create a lifestyle plan that invites you to live in accordance with the natural laws of your body. This is a revitalization process-a time to cleanse and reconnect with your soul essence.
    *Structure:* 6 sessions, 90 minutes each (must be used within 8 weeks)
    *This work is for you if* you want to initiate yourself into a body-oriented life, learn the soul's mechanics, and explore Eastern and Western techniques.
    *12-Week Private Mentorship*
    This is a 12-week experience that welcomes your descent into transformation. Here, we ask: What needs to be nurtured, and what needs to be sacrificed for you to embody mature and conscious femininity? I take a holistic approach to this path, which demands mindful health and consistent movement. We will navigate this territory through bodywork, exploring dreams, and exercising emotions. Each mentorship is personalized, with recommended books and embodiment practices tailored to your journey.
    My work draws upon trauma psychology, somatic exercises, Eastern philosophy, and spiritual practices.
    It’s extremely important you know this is an intensive, self-exploratory time of healing & creating. If I could take the risk, I would ask all clients to be in a state of purification (single, sober and celibate) for maintain a clear relationship with shadow material. However, I understand it may not be possible for everyone to do this. So, I open this space with a firm yet compassionate offering: Be in this for optimal self-actualization. The soul is hungry for a purposeful life.
    *Conditions & Requirements*
    *Prerequisites:* No medication or psychoactive drugs (non-negotiable). If you are drinking or smoking, I request you limit it severely, as it influences the stream of our work. Please communicate each time you engage in these dissociative acts. I encourage full sobriety to get the most out of our time together.
    *This Mentorship is Right for You if You:*
    - Can manage 12 weeks of dedicated somatic inner work
    - Want to learn from your body-transpersonal & integrative somatics
    - Have 10-14 hours a week for self-care (2 hours per day)
    - Are determined to make healthy adjustments in your life.
    *Full Mentorship Details:* This program extends over 12 weeks, with 1 x 120-minute weekly meeting (same day and time). I offer support between sessions during open office hours every Friday. This is the optimal time to check in, provide updates, and ask questions. All communication will be through Telegram. I am offline Monday through Wednesday to recharge.
    *For All Incoming Clients:* Send a direct message to my Instagram to schedule a consultation. It can take up to 10 days for me to respond so please be patient.
    Final note, I'm aware this work will cross your path at a very specific time. A woman’s descent into the dark requires significant sacrifice, often altering much of her reality. Transformation can be a painful task. This is why I’ve structured my work with requirements and conditions that will meet a very specific mindset and emotional pull.       Try it out! The towel is a great object to play with, you can even let it unravel and hit it against the floor or a wall. Get creative with it :) You're welcome for sharing - it's work that I love so I'm glad to look a little silly if it helps someone else feel comfortable expressing.

    How often does one have to release trapped emotions to completely release them? Ive been doing trauma release exercises, not that often but it feels like there is still left a lot of anger to release. Do you recommend doing those exercises on a daily basis?

      Same! I’ve been doing trauma release for years and there is definitely still stuff to release

      Hi Sam. Unfortunately, I don't know if there's a limit to releasing trapped emotions because we are always emoting and they build easily if we don't tend to the inner cries. However, they do neutralize with a consistent inner work practice or a lifestyle change that's formed around mindfulness if you really want to pour into yourself.
      You'll know you've integrated when you feel less triggered, more adaptable, and receptive, as if that emotion is no longer controlling you but you collaborate, contain, and express WITH it. You can do this practice as often as you want; it won't hurt, and you may come to see different faces of anger. Art and the gym are great outlets as well.
      One key component that I highly recommend and want to emphasize is that you need time for self-care. This bioenergetic exercise is hot, hard, and intense which means you need to meet yourself with cool, soft, and mellow. Be easy! A self-love evening routine will feel like a big cuddle (or hug) to the parts of you that are still burdened. Letting these parts know you don't want to get rid of what is here... but you want to care for what is here, may open the process up for greater release. I hope this helps Sam!

      I really believe there's no ending, just developing higher functioning skills to meet yourself as you. Full invitation to get weird in somatic work, it's humbling to know how intuitive the body when seeking for harmony.
