This was made back when Seagal was still in his acting prime doing Hollywood movies and Will Sasso definetly was performing an exaggerated imitation of him, but seeing it in 2022 in a strange twisted way Seagal has become this exact overly exaggerated version of him from 20 years ago and his low budget silly movie productions look exactly like madtv made it out to be.
I recently started to binge watch all of Seagal's movies and I notice a trend. Nearly everything is true here: he can barely kick hip level, and almost everyone in his movies tend to be innocent of whatever it is he's after. In most cases he goes into a store and for no reason beats up the owner or even in some cases killing them. The only thing missing in this segment is him not doing that strange slap fight where he's slapping someone else's arms and they're slapping his. Also missing is some nervous person talking about how awesome Seagal is and how he's Special Forces or something and how no one can mess with him.
Haha what’s hilarious is this is so accurate of how almost every Steven seagal movie is when he arrives in a public space with many people! He talks calmly but angrily! Then it’s all subtle then he just tears shit up and kicks everyone’s ass haha
