The whole series has been amazing. This has been a full (couple of) week(s)! It gives me just enough time to center myself. I've repeated two classes so far. I do them morning or night. Thank you.

I did this one before bed last night and was so relaxed that I forgot to leave a comment and thank you. My back was ACHING by the end of the day and it was like you filmed this class with my needs in mind! 😂 You are so good for me! Thank you, Shaunneka! 🧘🏻‍♀️🌸❤️🌻

Good evening, dear Shaunneka! I had a lot of work at the job and a lot of preparations because I am moving to another department with my boyfriend and my little daughter, Isabella, next month. I am trying to start a new life after a long divorce process and also trying to recognise my divorce papers in my ex-husband's country. It is a another process (the divorce process lasted 3 years and 8 months) that may last another 1.5 year, but I hope it won't last that long. I hope I will have an easier life in future and happier and with less problems. Your practice brought me ease and peace and ready to start the night. The sleep is never enough. 🥰

Hey! Start off by leaning forward on your palms for about 30 sec and then lean back for 30 sec. Also, rolling the bottom of your feet before you practice helps tremendously!
