Hello Shauuneka, I LOVE all of the 5 YIN YOGA videos that I have done. You are a very relaxing and easy to follow instructor and I am left with feeling good every time after each of your videos. What I liked most about this video was the hip opening stretch. At the end of the video I feel less tight in the hip area. Thank you and I look forward to doing more of your videos.
So nice, Shaunneka, I usually choose a Yin practice for myself more towards the evening, but this is a nice change! Thank you so much for sharing! 🙏🏽✨🤍
Awesome class Shaunneka! I also usually do yin after an intense flow, or in the evening, but this felt soooo amazing! I didn't want to get out of the twists! Also, I love how we do the two deep breaths at the end of the poses. It really helps to release that last bit of tension from the body! Keep making classes because you are truly a natural, and the yoga community is grateful for your teaching!
I can't find the video I actually just did because it was on my TV and this is my phone .. ANYWAY, I'm just so glad I found your channel!! I LOVE yin in the morning and am always searching for new content. Actually I love yin at any time, so I'm glad you are here. Please keep the videos coming!!! Recently found yin after 20 years of vinyasa and hatha practice... and I'm so all about it right now. ❤
Well, this was a good session. Monday morning, 6 am in my place. Perfect start in the new week. Thanks a lot for this video. I like the calm style. No music and no unnecessary talk.
I really, really needed this today! My muscles and body are weary from lots of HIIT training and after your lovely session I feel freed up and energized. Thank you and Namaste💗
Great morning sequence to wake up. Thanks Shaun! I’ve saved this one to do again (Toe squat, neck stretch, child’s pose, caterpillar, twist, shavasana)
Thank you for incorporating a toe and ankle sequence. My feet are usually achy and these stretches although painful always help. Keep up the great videos Shaunneka!
✨🌷🩷✨ blessings on you, thank you for sharing your yoga journey with us. I appreciated the neck stretching during toe squats (since I’m healing my foot and am unable to do the toe bends)
Lovely sequence, Shaunneka. You love the toe squats!!! A teacher once told me the poses we don’t like doing are the ones we should be doing! So I’ll be toe squatting every day for a bit. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your practice with us, this really helped me release tension and encourage flexibility in my body. Great wait to start the first morning in March :)
Do you have any advice for someone newer to toe/feet stretches? I find myself becoming overwhelmed by the intensity of the stretch and having to come out of it and go back into it several times
Hey Jamie! great question. This feeling also happens to myself, toe squat it tough lol and its totally fine to do small increments i.e. of 30 seconds and gradually work your way up to 1 min holds. I did a beginner yin video (I will link it below) I demonstrate different ways to access this pose. Its right at the beginning of the video. I hope you find it helpful & let me know how it goes for you. Toe squat variations - ruclips.net/video/dqEN1rbA1KI/видео.html
It is a tough stretch, just go at your own pace. You can also try coming to a childs pose with your toes tucked, this way you are leaning forward and there is less pressure on the toes.

I don’t think anything can make me like toe squats, but the neck stretches were a slight distraction. Thank you 😊

Does anyone else find it impossible to hold the toe stretch for 30 seconds 😓 much less 5 minutes. I always have to skip
