@@getstrongby4038 Don't agree, I have been vegan my entire lifting career. I've been asked if I'm on PEDs on multiple occasions (I am not) and frequently get complimented on my strength with people asking for advice. It can very easily be done from the ground up.

it's a classic lift for oly guys/girls with lighter weights and helps with mechanics of the 3rd pull. His elbows actually stay pretty high during turnover which is what you want.
