I can finally live in piece knowing Clarence also failed 180kg this day, but it was a freaking clean and jerk......

@@USMCLP I would still say it’s not easily achievable. I’ve only seen a handful of people in real life deadlift that much in a commercial gym setting. Even most of my football couldn’t do that.

I'm considered a pretty strong dude in my area. But only once did I do 4 reps on 200kg and I was wasted for months after that. Then guys like these whip out 200 kg on the bar like it's just their hat or something. Man, they are good.
Is possible to combine a decent performance in oly lifting with a decent amount of muscle Aka Hipertrophy ? I'm to skinny . Maybe a more calisthenics accesories training ? Or better with cables and dumbells ?
Can you do an informative series on how to Strengthen/Bulletproof your spine & avoiding lower back + spinal injuries. You probably have the strongest spine, pound for pound on Earth.
While back squatting I notice Clarence lifts the hips first and then the back. The weight it clearly heavy but does that motion cause any extra stress instead of just keeping the hips and back in place and trying to move straight up?

Serious question, how is your deadlift so low after that much time and volume? Are you generally not good with pulls?
