Quick notes for kings out there in their early days of trying calisthenics, if you can only do 5 to 7 push ups or 2 or 3 pull ups and see no improvements, keep in mind that you are still trying, many don't even try and can't even do a single pull up even with momentum support. I'm a girl and I'm 17 years old. I started training since my 14s in the gym with currents routines. Last years after my 17s I knew about calisthenic by social media and I realized that that's exactly what I want. I started calisthenics a month, I've been trying pull ups and those are very hard I only can do 3, but I love how hard is that. One thing that I also love is the sore muscles after a hard work out. I'm very motivated to reach and advance level at my 20s.

Yeah most females can't do 5 pushups. Keep going . If you're my friend I'd encourage to be more feminine while adding more muscle mass. Just don't get weird with it. Men can become weird too when they have too little muscle mass which leads to being feminine. And then there's a point where both females and males can't procreate where they have too little visceral fat and too much muscles especially for females since you need much more fat than a male. I'd like my females family members and mate to be at 30% fat if that were possible to force them lol but nah. Justifiyingly only my wife. For me as I'm male I'm gonna reach 10-15% muscle mass. There's a point where if the human body reaches too little body fat if you get cut you need body fat to repair and humans die if they don't have enough body fat for when sicknesses attack us humans. Which i learned. And I've seen a video of too many male mostly female and many female athletes who died for having too much muscle and for working physically too hard their heart gave up. Those females weren't particularly attractive lol so I can guess why God said error 404. For the men I imagine their organs were obviously under more stress and I can't imagine what that does to testicles and prostate. There's a point where the male body if too much muscle and testosterone he can't have hard erected penis lack of blood flow too much testosterone idk something like that. I wouldn't wanna be a female and die because my non existence of vagina and ovaries breasts were too muscular that they said I give up. At least I get to learn from their mistakes. Thanks Casey king. Oh yeah I can thank him too. And those overweight adult females who were 1.k pounds wow. Don't become too fat and don't become too muscular. Ironically a obese female survives more longer than a obese male which btw is very much sexism and misandry I'd like to sue God for making females to be more livable with fat and males die if they're basically too lazy lmao. Anyways this is practical motivation to move our butts besides another thing oh yeah I'm sure sexual intercourse feels better. I can't wait to get married let's goooo. Hey girl? Jk. But I'm not afraid- Jump off the cliff and do a hand stand!

After 10 years of training in the gym I finally tried calisthenics and got my first muscle up last week. Second time I did muscle ups I could do three in a row. Third time 5 in a row all with strict form. I can hold planche for 5 seconds, I am doing frog planche push ups for reps. I feel so good training this it's almost an addiction. My muscles can't recover fast enough for me to train. I think I will only do heavy squatting and leg day in gym and dedicate everything else to calisthenics. Never looked so good in my life or felt as strong. Every single muscle in my body is filled out and my arms and shoulders are huge, my stomach has also never been so lean and my six pack is now visible even when relaxed. There is something magical about being in control of your own body, it just feels amazing.

I'd recommend not going more than 20 in a set(you should fail till 20 reps w adequate weight)and once a month or so try your max pushups for ego boost I'm sure your numbers will increase

Alright kings, one of the easiest and most visually rewarding muscles to build with Calisthenics and even in general is your biceps…
For monstrous biceps in a short period of time I want you to do a metric ton of chin ups, these use your biceps as the main muscle in a pull up.
If you can’t do a chin up at the start, no worries simply start with negatives by jumping up to where you’d normally pull yourself. Do the best you can to slowly and safely lower yourself back down to normal. This will absolutely obliterate your biceps and help grown them FAST.
An added benefit of doing an ungodly amount of chin ups is the exercise will also grow your back somewhat, also if you really work on form you can power up your grip strength which might help grow your forearms by performing a “dead hang” which is also great for your spine and posture.
In a dead hang you just hang from a bar where you’d normally pull up, i recommend doing this for 30 seconds or until failure. This puts tension on your forearms and straightens out your posture. If you want to spice it up you can do a dead hang but lift your knees up to your chest or as high as you can go which functions as an abdominal exercise.
    There’s more…
For quick chest growth i recommend wide and deep push ups, basically put your hands as far out as you can without falling and go really slow, once you get to the bottom of the push up hold it for 4 seconds before pushing back up.
Best of luck gentlemen, anything you can dream is possible. 🔥❤️

June 2022, I was 13, and I seen a video of someone’s 90 day transformation. I didn’t know a single thing about muscle building and was shocked at others results. I used to say “I’m only gonna start working out if I get fat” after seeing the video though, I dropped down and spent an hour doing half push up reps with bad form. Multiple days in a row, started feeling sore. I kept going and started to trick myself into thinking I grew… until I actually did. From that point on, I was inconsistently working out 3-5 days a week and most of them were lazy. I’m now 15, on May 2024. My arms are almost 14 inches and they started around 12, I’m now 140lbs and started at 95. I could only do 5 clean pushups and now I can almost do 90 degree hold. I just got a gym membership, and I’m gonna also get back into calisthenics… consistently with plans. I’ll be back soon to update my progress…..

There are weeks when I follow through with my calisthenics routine and I am seeing results (being able to do the frog stand on first try and hold it for a good time) but then I start doing it scarcely for some reason. Seeing the persons in this video having so much control over their bodies due to strength, equilibrium and skill really reignited that desire inside of me to attain those three things.

YESSSS! AWESOME CHOICE for choosing After Dark! Perfect song omggg 🤟🔥 Perfect motivation. I'm a girl and I just started calisthenics a few weeks ago. It's very hard, but I'm gonna keep going! I've been weightlifting for two years so I already have some strength built up, and I really wanna get my first traditional pullup. (been working with Australian pullups) I'm sure I'll get there! 💪
