    What I love about training to the full planche is that it seems imposible and that it will be a never ending journey for me that I may never reach. I'm not training for an event, a medal or notoriety. Just pure drive to see how far I can go with what my mother and father gave me.

    I had a question, I just started calisthenics, and I've heard of people getting wrist pain from doing it long term, should I use wrist wrapsto prevent it, or should I just train without them to hlbuild wrist strength

    I need help, I've almost got my first held planche on the floor with just my hands no handles
    So this destroys my wrists usually my right wrist is un-usable for a week after an intense day of training
    I know they're are wrist workouts but come on that shit only does so much, is there anything a fellow calisthenics guy can reccomend me? Perhaps an excessive

    • @ddpwe5269
      @ddpwe5269 Год назад +1

      When you go to do the more skills demanding exercises, the exercises you should have been doing for your wrists and continue to do would have helped here much more. How often do you place half your weight at that angle on your wrists any other time of day? Don't neglect them and they'll be much happier.

    I already know the secret. gain muscles enough to carry your weight, avoid training your legs too big. Getting low bodyfat. Ez. I did it in 3 months, the killer in this metode is to keep make new exercises that challenge you. If you stick to the old routine it gets boring, cause in the end your body feels like a feather, and after doing 50 clean pushups without feeling a pump in your arms, its time to mix it up with muscle ups.

  • @1982asd
    @1982asd Год назад +2

    Gymnasts are relatively strong, but not superhuman
    They move so spectacularly on the ring because their upper body is usually muscular, but their legs are relatively weak and thin, so they can move their entire body weight much more easily on the ring, which seems like they are terribly strong
    But those who are really strong are usually 2 meters tall, thick-boned and naturally muscular people (they are the endomorph category)
    What they train for in the gym and become even more muscular and stronger, they can often gain 150 or even 200 kilos in terms of muscle mass
    In terms of strength, a person who is only athletic or athletically muscular, but much slower in many respects (basic movement, running, swimming) and more limited than their thinner human counterparts, has no chance against a person with a fundamentally strong physique.

      When you think about it, everything you do is, lifting weights, even if it's your own body. Which means, this channel has always been about it, unless of course a lot of what they're talking about is just going over your head? Which means you should be asking questions, not pointing out the obvious ;)
