    Thanks Alex. I tried this during my lunch time. It had me burning up. Hope to see an increase in my weight loss journey. I appreciate the warm up and cool down. Not everyone incorporates that in their videos. Loved the different modifications recommended for most exercises you did. 👌

    Can't say I've ever seen a burpee where you lie flat on the ground like that, rather than stay in plank and do the push up. Looks like a great workout though!
