Hello! This is my go-to workout video. I always get great readings on my fitness monitor. It would be perfect if the stretches were also standing. What I’d really like your feedback on is, barefoot cardio (in my own home) ok or is wearing an appropriate shoe better than barefoot? Thank you for your fantastic fitness videos and advice!
Well done that’s awesome! 😄 so glad you love it! Barefoot training is fine, but just be cautious on higher impact exercises where you’re landing on your feet or toes that shouldn’t have support. For example if I have workouts with burpees etc I tend to wear trainers to support the jumping back part.
