It’s really good to burn calories before training your core because it will helps you to burn fat more because your core or abs will not come out know matter how hard you work it out.
I do not recommend this abs workout - Almost every exercise needs you to support the whole body with your wrists. If you're a bit overweight, the destruction of your wrist isn't worth it. I recommend to follow the videos where you can lie on the floor. Although I love your other videos.
