      @@AlexCrockford Hi Alex. I did the workout on a recovery day and enjoyed it. It definitely worked the mid-section, so I recommend it!
      The calorie burn was 154 over 18 minutes. Short and sweet! 🙌🏼🙌🏼😁

    It’s really good to burn calories before training your core because it will helps you to burn fat more because your core or abs will not come out know matter how hard you work it out.

    I do not recommend this abs workout - Almost every exercise needs you to support the whole body with your wrists. If you're a bit overweight, the destruction of your wrist isn't worth it.
    I recommend to follow the videos where you can lie on the floor.
    Although I love your other videos.

      You can the exercise on your forearms if the wrists start hurting.
