So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

Exellent and my med ball exercise is on floor straight armed plank position strong core nuetral spine both toes on solid med ball then gently take one left foot off ball so just right toes on med ball hands on floor slowly take left foot out to side squeeze glutes throughout exercise repeat 10 x then change for right leg this id say is advance m/b plank leg abductor....you video was fun wish i was there peace

why do pushups on a med ball?Makes no sense, u arent using the ball.
It might have been a laugh but there's a lot of exercises that should be avoided in this video....I hope this isn't a regular class as all people will get from this is injuries and lost time when they could have been doing real workouts.
