This is the best thing I have seen in 25 years of teaching and training! It's fun, exciting, and for the very fit population. It is totally great for advanced boot camp, total body hit, and similar class formats. The partners come up with the exercises to demonstrate, so they can work within their own limitations/abilities. This would be awesome for a team of group ex instructors to do for a demo at a health fair, or any public venue for advertising their facility. I was an int'l presenter,

I've watched half of this. I would be concerned about giving these exercises to most of my clients / participants in groups sessions. Low back management and safety of all concerned prevents me using the majority of them because you don't know the in depth circumstances of the people you are working with.

Sorry my 10 second intro isn't audible! all you're missing is my explanation of how the contest worked: 14 groups of partners (28 total trainers), they each had 5 seconds to come up with a partner exercise using no props and body weight only; if a group repeated an exercise that was already done by another group they were then eliminated until we had a final winner!
