I got a 12KG ~27lbs soft one when they closed the gyms here, used to take it to the park and use the sides of a field , came up with 4 variants and used the posts for wall throws

@@DilbarkhanAssanali-dr4kv you should start off with a leather ball around 10 lbs. do less reps in the beginning and don’t sacrifice quality in your form to do more. In time you can add more time and reps to get just as good of a workout. You need to get a buddy to do some passes with you like this awesome trainer talked about. Lots of fun.

How heavy should my medicine ball be?
Depends on your strength, so you need to test out different weights. Start lower and then increase as needed.
But they are quite expensive, how much weight should I use, I play soccer and I'm 10 years old. Thank you.
