Hey Jeff do you think you could make a video about somatotypes? I feel like the fitness community is split right down the middle on whether somatotypes are factually accurate or not. Now in my sophomore high-school health class, we were taught this as a true classification of body types so i was inclined to believe it for a while, but recently I have read much criticism of the theory. Then on the other hand, a lot of these critisms boil down to arguments against the original psychological theory from the 40's, while the people who preach somatotypes today seem to have a different theory all together than the original and teach people how to train more efficiently for their body type. So I would appreciate (and I think others would to) if you made a video on how accurate this modern theory on body types is (if it is at all). I know you have mentioned some people have "hit the generic lottery" but never specifically attributed that to body type or anything else for that matter. Thanks!

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one
On location in the hotel gym here at Athlean-X Live 2017. I was just in there! He has no voice left from yelling and counting reps out all weekend. Awesome event! Jeff is 100% the same guy you see on/off camera. Super guy.
Jeff, I am a student and spend a lot of time studying and sitting behind a desk. My posture is slipping and my lower back is hurting from all the sitting. Can you please do a video on keeping good posture and spinal mobility for people in the same boat.. Students, desk jobs, long car rides. long plane rides etc... THANK YOU !!!!!!!
Toby brennan medicine student here,can understand your suffering.What helped me was working on my hamstrings flexibility by stretching TWICE DAILY on every other day but legs day(only after training on legs day) and some heavy deadlifts :)
I'm probably a year late with this comment but if you want good posture you should do face pulls. He explains the benefits of face pulls in his videos and how it could fix bad posture. I hope this gets to you 1 year later after this comment was posted.
While I'm doing these to absolute failure I hate you but by the following day I think you're a legend for the strength gains and for the results these moves have given so far, especially seen in my obliques. Thank you xx

Hi Jeff do you have any suggestions for a leg workout for someone with knee issues ? I refrain from doing squats, lunges and leg presses since my knees are still recovering from the ones I did 4 weeks ago. The form was checked by a PT and. Ideas are very welcome.
How about a video on time management in the gym? I do 5 minutes getting my heart up, 10-15 on core, @20 minutes on compounds (bench, deadlift, pull-up) and then @30 minutes on each muscle group of a split (back/biceps, for example) Am I managing time to it's best? Compounds everyday? Not enough? Too much?
