I never had abs in my life, I started this once or twice a week consistently for a few months plus lots of cardio and I have crazy 6 pack now this routine works just gotta burn calories running or riding as well 😊

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. I saw your 8 minute ab workout, and it was very challenging! I'm now doing this workout on the weekends. I was very humbled on the Mountain Climber. I was slipping off the ball, and my balance was off. I practiced and practiced and practiced and practiced where I'm able to now do this for about 20 seconds before I moved on to the Russian Twists. Instead of doing this circuit twice, I'll do one circuit, then do it again 4 times spread out during the course of a day on the weekend. Thanks for sharing and I've subscribed to your content. Your HIIT workouts add a great variety to my week.

Dave, have started doing this routine with just a volleyball over past 3 months. For some one who is active but with with historical lower back & hip flexor issues, this routine is just great. Yip, the mountain climbers are a killer but the reward is there. You can feel it!! Cheers man.

Kinda got tired of the gym. Anyway we have you and I've been working out with resistant bands and wow do they ever pack a punch. Very quick results with bands. Problem areas are waist and chest including back.. I'm going to keep doing the weighted ab workouts to see what happens after a while
