    I never had abs in my life, I started this once or twice a week consistently for a few months plus lots of cardio and I have crazy 6 pack now this routine works just gotta burn calories running or riding as well 😊

    233.4 lbs. Completed this workout at the gym. Definitely difficult but easy enough that I didn't give up. Great job!!

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

    Thank you for this workout! I hurt my wrist while doing yoga and had to slow down for a couple of months and found your medicine ball routine and it is perfect for me. The timing on each exercise and the resting cycles were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for posting this.

    I saw your 8 minute ab workout, and it was very challenging! I'm now doing this workout on the weekends. I was very humbled on the Mountain Climber. I was slipping off the ball, and my balance was off. I practiced and practiced and practiced and practiced where I'm able to now do this for about 20 seconds before I moved on to the Russian Twists. Instead of doing this circuit twice, I'll do one circuit, then do it again 4 times spread out during the course of a day on the weekend. Thanks for sharing and I've subscribed to your content. Your HIIT workouts add a great variety to my week.

    This is a great workout that does not take a lot of time. The mountain climber interval is killer.

    Dave, have started doing this routine with just a volleyball over past 3 months. For some one who is active but with with historical lower back & hip flexor issues, this routine is just great. Yip, the mountain climbers are a killer but the reward is there. You can feel it!! Cheers man.

      @@DaveDreas yes I know back jn the day I was quite buff 20 years of weight lifting 20 no weight lifting where did the time go. I got hurt in a couple of jobs. Really hard to come with a full bang. Kinda got tired of the gym. Anyway we have you and I've been working out with resistant bands and wow do they ever pack a punch. Very quick results with bands. Problem areas are waist and chest including back.. I'm going to keep doing the weighted ab workouts to see what happens after a while

    Great workout! I do it regularly. If you don't have a med ball, a watermelon works well in the summer time. You can snack after too!
