I think I have pretty strong abs, but this workout has some nice tweaks, so it was really helpful for me! But I guess diet is like 70% of success when it comes to visible abs. One needs like 12% body fat and less to get them popping 😁

Try to be gradual in your exercise, the last thing you want is to excessively weir the joints and tendons of your body take it slowly and increase the intensity week by week first try climbing the stairs, walking a bit more, do some cycling if you can bring your weight down, and don’t forget that diet is the most important thing.
@@omarnaasan3536 yea I hear you. It’s like I can do all the sets and reps with almost the weights that I used to but then I’m burnt for like 5 days lol.
