I went back and looked at the video from the beginning. When the flour was added it looked like the Pyrex 2-cup measuring cup was just shy of being full. Therefore when I attempt to make this receipt I shall use 1 2/3 cup of gluten-free flour (I’m gluten intolerant.)
I made these tonight and they were the best cupcakes ever!!! Well risen and moist. My friends couldn't believe they were vegan 😻😹

Please change the description for the recipe as you have 2 and 2/3 flour listed...needless to say I followed this 😬

Made them, they are done but dense
I made them and they came out real soggy/ greasy by following your ingredients...
I will try avocado oil. It’s buttery I learned that trick from Christina Pierello ( Christina cooks)
