Omg i baked these babies yesterday for my family and they were devoured!!! This is the first time I've baked with pumpkin (I roasted a pumpkin first and pureed instead of using canned) and I'm glad I picked this recipe. I halved the sugar and we didn't miss it. I usually bake my cupcakes at 180 c (fan forced) for 5 mins first and then bring it down to 155 for the remaining time. I've found these give it a nice lift so that's what I did for these cupcakes. I'm looking forward to tweaking this slightly to make it healthier so I can add these to my kids lunch boxes. Thanks Natasha!

These were absolutely delicious! I added 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice and didn’t use any frosting, and I can say that they’re one of the best cupcakes ever! 10/10 recommend! So moist, sweet and yummy! 😆 🎃
I made these tonight. they were wonderfully delicious, both the cupcake and the frosting! The frosting is a little loose so I let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes then stored the cupcakes with the frosting on them back in the fridge until ready to eat. They were fabulous - A Definite go to recipe. Thanks Natasha. :0) Oh, and just an fyi... it's #20 scoop that you use. It is the perfect size for 24 cupcakes.
Oh ghee, I made these on Thanksgiving day and they were amazing, not sweet, soft, moist & fluffy. The frosting was very yummy. My guest love them! Thanks Ms. Natasha for sharing your recipes!

Just made these and they are SO delicious!! The muffin is not too sweet, which I love. Also, the frosting just melts in your mouth so delicately, it really compliments the not-so-sweet muffin. I'm loving every bit of it (:

I only watched it b/c you always seem so organized and clean, not annoying nor too overly talkative about nothing as a lot of cooks can be. I modifie recipe a bit. I had only 1 medium egg and only 1 cup of sugar. Also added poppy seeds, because all family loves them. Muffins came out sweet and tasty. Cream is something unbelievable tasty. Love it
