1/3 cup VitaFiber ( bought on amazon, this stuff is amazing! )
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp WALDEN FARMS chocolate syrup ( calorie free )
1/4 tsp vanilla
MUST BE KEPT IN THE FREEZER!

310 grams ( 8 scoops ) RYSE chocolate PB cup protein powder
450 grams FiberYum or VitaFIber
1/3 cup Walden Farms chocolate syrup
4 tbsp cocoa powder
39 grams score bits
1 tsp imitation carmel extract

This recipe is such a yummy recipe! It's filled with herbs, veggies, and protein!! auh......with quinoa makes it a complete protein package. You could live on there alone......but you probably wouldn't have any friends.......or family that want to be around you because ...you turned into the weird bean and seen guy.....hmmm.
This was very yummy, thank you for the recipe!
I took sweet potatoe mash ..to a whole new level ,.. mashed it up , butter & olive oil + a splash of milk , threw in a handful of course cut MINT leaves & a bit of lemon juice, + of course S & P , not too much salt ! ..mashed it around , tasted ! , was a bit light on the mint leaves, so gave it some more ! ..I wanted to taste the MINT ! ..anyway , found my minty related desire ...then, I coated , not really coated, just added , on top .. of the mash with some DUKKAH ( dukkah is a , go & goggle it , you find out what it is ) ...& slightly dressed the dukkah with some easy flowing honey , maybe some other form of free flowing syrup would work , just as well ? also a NICE BEAT to the EAT .... a band called PAINT IT RED ...no vocals..just a collection of sounds ,..like my dish is a collection of TASTES ?.

After you cook them, can you freeze them?
WHY??? Why soak the beans? What's the point? Raw Black beans will cook on the stove in 2-3 hours! So, again, what's the point (!)?
It helps remove some of the starch and sugars that make you gassy.

Are you making those smoothies for one person? Each smoothie seems to be a lot of calories for one meal. Are you working towards packing on muscle? Im just trying to figure out why so many calories, perhaps because my goal is fat loss and preserving/building strength?

Ma'am you need to SORT your dried beans first to remove any rocks or twigs, unless one of your hobbies includes emergency dentist visits.
Some brands already do that for you
I soak my beans for 24 hours in a ziplock bag in the fridge. Then I put them in a slow cooker on high for about an hour and a half. Then knock it down to low for 5-6 more hours. In the crock pot you can add seasoning and other things like chopped onions and diced tomatoes if you like. Then, in the end, put a boiling bag of brown rice in the microwave and add that when it's done. Pretty good.
This was so delicious! Didn’t have any green onions on hand so I just threw in some onion powder. Yum!

Thanks for the tips. Because I'm vegan NOT JUST for animals but also for the environment, I made a decision a few years ago that I would NO LONGER buy ANYTHING that comes in large plastic tubs -- whether it's protein powder, laundry detergent, or snacks. SOO, now I buy hemp protein powder (by Nutiva, although several brands come in bags). The taste is meh, so for a yummy smoothie your best bet is to make a tasty smoothie you'd like sans powder and then just experiment w/how much to add before it alters the taste too much. I find a heaping tbs is generally fine. I've also put it in my pancakes w/out issue.

I am farting while watching this video. I have been vegan for 1 year now and the farts 💨 are real……I clicked on you so fast. I don’t eat processed vegan meats at all. I don’t even eat soy either. I am so confused sometimes about what is good so I just stick to foods like fruits, vegetables, beans and rice. I don’t even use oil. So why am I farting????? 🤷🏾♀️ IDK
