New to your channel but i have made your brownies at least 4 times, love it! The best keto brownie i have tried ! I wasted ingredients on a couple of recipes, didnt like them until i stumbled on yours. Will definitely give this one a try as soon as i get hold of the shredded coconut, thank you!
My husband will love this!! (So will I!😊). Thanks for sharing and innovating. I’m so tired these days I just can’t think of things to make or do outside of our basic keto entrees. Your recipes always are so great when I make them and we have little treats to bring us smiles! You are wonderful!!!

@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood You sure are! And I'm using your website, videos and books to do lots of meal prepping. Just love all your recipes. Thanks sooo much!
I cut "real" sugar out of my diet long before I started keto. Then Ibfound that keto dessert recipes were way too sweet for my liking and usually cut the amount of sugar substitutes in half and have never had a problem with the end result. You gave a good explanation about how the 2 sweeteners in this recipe work together to bind the coconut. Do you think cutting down on the sweeteners in this recipe will affect the outcome?
Neat recipe, on day 61 of keto with no cheats or things like this. 1st issue, eating whole pan, 2nd issue if I am good still 120 calories per 2. Don't trust myself.
Tried this recipe today. I could have used a smaller scooper because I tried to roll in my hand and didn’t work out. Love the flavor and texture. I just think if I had made them smaller because I found too rich to eat a whole one of the size mine came out. Could i make these minus the coco powder since they’re dipped in chocolate? Maybe the overwhelming taste of chocolate was too much for me?
If I can't get my hands on allulose (it's still not available in Europe), what would you use to make it sticky enough, please? Thank you for the recipe, it looks scrumptious :)
Hello, I was just wondering if you have created your own keto all-purpose flour blend that I could use to make a yeast-risen brioche or challah loaf? If so, have you made a video on the flour blend you could direct me to? Thanks 🙂
We can’t get allulose in Canada so what are my options? Edit: I saw you mention xylitol in a diff comment, but I have a cat and I heard that’s dangerous to cats and dogs. Any other suggestions or am I just outta luck? lol Thanks.
Hello and thank you for the great recipes you make. I do not like shredded coconuts and I wanted to know if there is any alternative to it in this recipe ? I would probably do it whith chpped hazalnuts or walnuts (or any other nut). Asmaa from Morocco 🙂
I have used pork rind panko instead of shredded coconut in a similar recipe. I am sure it would work in this recipe. If you don't eat pork products, I have no other suggestion. Sorry.
@@ladyflimflam Says who? This is a rule? 🙃 Honestly... these don't need them. Again... why not try the recipe before telling me how it could be better?
Adapt the recipe to your liking! I am familiar with a no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookie recipe that uses peanut butter so I understand what you were suggesting, but I think it came out wrong. 😊
@@ladyflimflam In all my 62 years I've never been aware that peanut butter must be included in a no bake. My 90 year old mother's recipe, which she got from her mom, and who knows before then, was just cocoa powder. I've always only made chocolate no bakes and never even considered using peanut butter.
Love this idea but you kind of threw me off when you use the phrase gilding the Lily by the way that is how you say it and it means to spoil something that is already perfect or to try to improve on something that doesn't need improving The reason why I am saying this is because you added chocolate to the bottom of the macaroons and there is no such thing as too much chocolate so I do not think that you gilded these macaroons at all😂😂😂 👍
You are THE BEST keto baker out there! Such innovative and easy to follow recipes!!! Thank you for everything!! 🏆🏆🏆
Thank you!
Girl! The guns though! Help me get there!👏🏽
I made these yesterday….they are amazing! Thank you ☺️
Hi! Thankyou for this recipe! What can I use instead of allulose?
I had to make these tonight after seeing this video!! This is a winner! So good!!
OMG…made these today, super delicious. Your recipes are tried and true - thanks so much for all you do for the keto community.
Yes! This is how my teenage daughter made them 10 years ago.. no peanut butter!
Excellent! Peanut butter in no bake cookies is just a shortcut to make them stick together. But you won't need it here!

Is there any sweetener I could substitute allulose with?
Love love your cooking! Thanks?
Can I skip the cocoa powder and get the same texture result?
No, the cocoa powder helps thicken it. But I have some baked macaroons you might like: alldayidreamaboutfood.com/keto-macaroons/
Just made a batch of these, YUM!!!!!
Yay!

The next best option is xylitol.
This looks so good Carolyn! Can you please make keto Galub Jamun from India? It's so delicious, round pastries in rose cardamom flavored syrup!
I've never tried it, I will have to look into that!

I wonder if instead of the cocoa powder I could use white chocolate chips?
What if we don't want to use erythrytol?
Please read the blog post, I address that in detail.
Chrissi here. Those look awesome! Now for portion control can I keep them in the freezer then take a few out at a time and defrost in fridge?
That sounds like a great idea!

Great suggestion for the chopped hazlnuts - like ferro rocher candies. I'm going to try that myself.

Have you ever tried making keto Nanaimo Bars? They are my Achilles heal. A safe recipe would be amazing.
I am Canadian so... of course I have. By far the BEST keto Nanaimo bars. alldayidreamaboutfood.com/best-low-carb-nanaimo-bar-recipe/

Why not try it as written before saying that? Because I feel strongly it needs no peanut butter.😉
Because no bake cookies are a chocolate and peanut butter recipe.
