    Hi,
    I follow your workouts and never miss any workouts, your videos helps a lot with accurate info thank you so much. My weak muscle is my Calf muscle only, I never miss a leg day so do i have to train my legs twice a week or just the Calf Muscle ?

    .plz plz plz make a video on....my left biceps are smaller than right ...why it is not equal ...reason behind this ...how to fix

      The reason your left bicep is weaker and smaller is cos you use your right hand more. Start using the left side of your body as much, more in the beginning, than right side. Also..simple remedy is to focus more on left bicep work than right one.

    Guru sir....main aap ka sabhi tips follow kar raha hun last 4 week se....aap ka mascular 8 ka diet and exercise follow karke bahut bahut faida huya abhi taak... i loose 8 kg fat,,,and improve my strength level...... thank u very much sir.. after 8 weeks mascular 8 ...kaunsa program follow kaunga sir,,,pls bataiye

    that is the best information i ever got from anyone. thanks guru vai.my chest is undeveloped than my other parts. all parts develop quicly but my chest does not and i was very much worry about it.. as there is no trainer in my gym i could not train properly. thank you very much

    Hi Gurumaan, my legs & calves are lacking far behind,
    compared to therest of my body, even though i workout
    my legs frequently(2 times per week)and hard as my other
    bodyparts.
    Its not only my problem.so many people are going through
    the same SKINNY LEGS problem.
    gurumaan sir...requesting you to make a special
    workout program on SKINNY LEGS.it will be helpfull for all.

    I follow your workout routine along with nutrition.You are a great inspiration to me.
    I have a query regarding muscular imbalance, My right part of the body is stronger compared to the left.My right pec, biceps and triceps are quite larger to the left one.Whenever I workout I always feel more pumped on the right side.
    Could you please suggest how can I fix this and how long it might require?

      Do unilateral work more. Simple. And in everyday life, use your your left side as much as your right side.

    hiiii....Guru sir.. i wanna know...if i miss 1 day of my weekly schedule, just take if i miss out my monday workout that is chest, so should i leave that part workout for that particular week or i adjust that workout in the same week with other parts, and if yes, how and with what to combine that part with other part?

    guru mann ji namastey, i am a boxer i just had a shoulder bankart repair surgery two month ago , now which exercises that i can do to get back strength to labrum so i can return my sport... please suggest me some exercises with weights or without weights.

    First time jab ham gym jate hein to muscles mein kafi pain hota he around 20 or 25 days to is time mein us pain ko door karne ke liye pain killer ka use kar sakte hein. Ya zyada pain killer use karna dangerous ho sakta he.
