Bagels are definitely my favorite thing. Lately I've been doing egg bagels with scallion cream cheese, turkey bacon and a couple slices of tomato. So good.

Personally i think you should try adding in things like plyometrics, sprints, Olympic lifts etc. See your bodies full potential and be able to move and be athletic
Especially since Calvin also does Olympic lifting sometimes, would be nice to see them train together. The fact that Chris can dunk already as a body builder, I'd love to see how high he could jump with some more specific training.
I’d love to get in a workout with Chris now that he’s in this tranquil state in his life because I feel his. Mind is free and he would give you his undivided attention and one can learn the most from him.

Hope to see some content like doing things you love, food videos, everyday life, reacting to bodybuilding trends/news/videos, while still having some training when Chris feels like it and keeping all of us motivated!

It just shows you the sacrifice one has to go through to look elite. The same goes for natty guys. Just how different we looked not training for weeks on.
It would be fun to see you do some touring videos where you train with other fitness influencers and compare notes as you go. Another one would be a podcast/interview with other athletes like Usain Bolt etc, to get into their heads and compared how they mentally think about training. Like how do they avoid injury at that level. Normal guys like me get injured as we get in peak shape. Also would be fun to see you do a Jay Leno type thing where you talk about cars and tour with your car to meet up with other car enthusiasts.

Dude you have SO MUCH to talk to your supporters about. You’re a mogul, an international businessman! Not just a retired bodybuilder. I personally would LOVE to hear more about the business side of your life. How are sales doing for RAW, what is the future of that? What other investments and business do you have and how involved are you? How did you build to the point of starting or investing in these companies? None of us can be bodybuilders for the rest of our lives and the issue is many of us don’t have plans for after that life ends. You are one of the very few that has an entire Empire waiting for him after he retired. So talk to us more about the plan after we are done lifting iron. None of us want to end up as broke retired bodybuilder so it would be good if more successful influencers like yourself would give us more of a business plan of how to invest and get started in the other endeavors that still connect to bodybuilding, but will still be lucrative for us after we can no longer put our bodies through training. That is the most helpful information that someone like you can give at this point after retiring the weights. ❤

I wish that one day I am going to be as fit as you are haha. I started working out three months ago, and I am trying so hard. I train almost every day, and I got really good meal plan from Onlymeal. It is like my personal fitness assistant. The best thing is they have those challenges which make me push even harder.
