Oof. I used to let my work be my exercise since I walked all the time, but with lock down, I have been basically sedentary since March. Had to do something and I used to do pilates years ago. MAN my legs were cramping from suddenly needing to be used again! But I definitely feel this will strengthen my muscles while I'm stuck at home. Thanks for the program! I look forward to getting reacquainted with Pilates again!

Loved this workout - a gentle pace but actually worked my core & leg muscles really hard and I definitely felt the burn afterwards! I’ll be doing this workout regularly now, and will explore your other videos. Thanks for posting!

Good Pilates class! You added a few more unusual holds or moves than my other Pilates sessions ...was interesting and varied! I felt we could have included a few knee to chest rolls to reverse back and rest ...but hey...thank you!

@@mathildamoon2100 So you got it right :), well done :). Where are you from. I would recommend that you do longer warm-ups and cool-downs. Be intensional with your mobility. When you are activating and doing various workouts, just make sure that you are activating correctly. Do the sequences in shorter intervals and regularly check to feel that you are activating. Also, you can emphasise a 'flat-back' when working out to protect the lower back region. We are releasing a really cool video later today on how to know when you are activating your core, check it out. I hope this helps. Have a good Sunday. :)

Loved this! It was easy to do with a 1 year old running around in the background because it was all floor and no constant tripping over her...she even started rolling around on the floor with me 😄

Loved this! It was easy to do with a 1 year old running around in the background because it was all floor and no constant tripping over her...she even started rolling around on the floor with me 😄
