    Day 27 of our 30 day lockdown workout series. In this video, we run through a 20 min ab/core workout. We get those tummy muscles nice and activated, welcoming that deep burn into our abdominals.     thank you so much for your videos. I love them. You might need to add helpful hints for how to pet your Golden Retriever while laying on your mat during Pilates. Mine has her head on the mat and wants to be petted throughout my workout. So cute! BTW, the changes you made to the Senior Pilates workout were perfect (i had messaged you about that). Great job, as always.
