    Corona won’t be able to catch me because I won’t even be able to cough. My abs are so sore!!! That was amazing!!! I don’t think I’ve felt so much burn in my core before! 💪🏼

      It gets easier with practice you just need to stay consistent

    Looooove this!!! My Abs felt as though they were going to rip apart but feel so good after!!! Easy to follow😁❤️

    Thank you so much for these videos, I am on day 2 of the pilates lockdown challenge and loving it! I was just wondering if you could do a video aimed at glutes and legs? My abs have been hit hard and I feel like my legs need the same haha!! xx
