I have learned from my ever changing symptoms that anxiety is a tricky bitch. Once I accept one another pops up. Therapy does help but I am not good at keeping up with the lessons I have learned when I am doing well.

You will over come it. How are u now? I found my routine and my diet did most damage to my nerves.
Cut out sugar. Coffee junk food...take vitB1 (nutritional yeast) 2tsp a night before bed. I wake up and smile..literally huge GRIN and breathe in deep slowly. 12345...and out..54321.
Than i watch this video!! Every morning . Than i drink water and take Ashwaghanda 2 caps right away..and it helps so much!
      Hint
When panic starts splash freezing water on your face. 4 5 x. Sends the nervous system into reset mode! Helps too.

Worst for me was the sudden anxiety....came on and bam...that weird tunnel vision along with the fainting feeling for 15-20seconds. And when the feeling of fainting goes away cause your blood pressure adjusts....the panic attack kicks in because you're focused on the "why did I just get so dizzy-like?"and u hyper focus on the symptoms that just happened, when in fact it's literally just panic. Symptoms really suck....but it's just anxiety.

I had that for a year. Did every test under the sun. Found nothing. It went away. Now other symptoms have popped up. I could check off a whole list of anxiety symptoms I have gone thru them all. Try to eat smaller bland meals. Lots of water. Maybe that will help get back to normal

True. While I was in my worst hell Benadryl saved my life as I learned the tools I needed to understand and deal with the bad panic attacks. There is another channel called Therapy in a Nutshell and she does a good job of explaining anxiety as well. She has a very physical approach (“anxiety cannot exist in a calm body”) and retraining the nervous system is her number one objective. Shawn’s channel has exemplified what she teaches and has given real-life examples of this being put into play which has taken my understanding and education to the next level. :)
