    Just so you have something to compare your English to....your English is very good. It still needs some work here n there but it is way way better than some of the recent immigrants here in Canada. Since you are a self-taught English language student, you've done a great job 😊

    To me, as a Malaysian, I think English is only useful to me for work, the internet, and other important tasks that needs English to fulfill. Other than those, Chinese is my go to language for entertainment, as I already gave up on English localizations. Chinese localizations are actually not bad, plus I also started to watch animations from China too via Bilibili, not as good as the ones made in Japan, but they are still pretty fun.
    Now, looking forward to the games. The gacha games from China already showed so much potential.

    • @FEI_fiii
      @FEI_fiii  3 дня назад +1

      So you speak Chinese too ?or you use subtitles? I use bilibili a lot too 🤣 I don't even know why I choose to learn English, and keep on learning it for so long. 😂

    • @Addition2
      @Addition2 3 дня назад

      @@FEI_fiii Actually both. I speak Chinese and also use subtitles, cause I am still not that fluent in Chinese, despite being Chinese myself.
      When I was young, I really dislike Chinese for how hard it is to learn, and also the strict education requirement back then.
      Now as I grew older, I came to appreciate and have an interest in learning Chinese. So when I play Japanese games, I use Chinese for subtitles. Chinese games, both choose Chinese voice and subtitles for learning, and appreciation for the voice actors.

    Learning a new language is all about putting yourself out there. I'm an introverted person myself and needed to constantly find opportunities to use my Chinese despite the embarrassment that came from my constant errors.

    I think it’s cool you took the initiative to teach yourself English and that you opened this channel to keep improving.
    I don’t have the same level of self discipline to study by myself, and I also found it hard to improve my speaking and listening skills without a partner to practice with, so I had to take classes for the languages I wanted to learn.
    What are some of the most interesting things you learned about other peoples cultures after talking to random people online?

    • @FEI_fiii
      @FEI_fiii  2 месяца назад +1

      Thank you ~~yeah,I have kept learning it for many years now.it’s not easy,I didn’t take any classes because it takes money and time, I don’t have much full time and money for it,but I know the fundamental of learning something is persistence.so I just keep on doing it with my own pace.
      and and I’m not that kind of person who knows how to talk to people properly, most time we only do some very basic conversations,that’s why I made this Channel and trying to talk something myself 😂😂😂 and nice thing is people are willing to shear their stories here .it’s much better than before 😆

    "Rich Li?" Is "Rich" a moniker sort of like what wuxia characters have, or is your name Li Fuyu or something like that?
    Does this mean that the bird is named Fei?

    Would you like to "trade" online help with your English pronunciation for some (very) basic help with Chinese?
    I'm a native speaker. In case it matters, I'm not from the US, and don't speak with an American accent.
    If course I can help with anything else too. I suggested pronunciation because I think you could improve that relatively quickly.
    Send me an email if you're interested.
