- Vata dosha yoga is to relax and relieve stress through yin yoga.
Yin yoga is an extremely relaxing yoga practice that brings one from their sympathetic state (fight or flight mode) to their parasympathetic state (relax and restore mode).
This is yin yoga sequence for stress relief will help ground an imbalanced vata dosha.
Ayurvedic yoga therapy works to heal ones imbalance through balancing yoga poses and postures.
Vata dosha is airy and light. So in order to bring balance to a high vata, it is best to focus on grounding and calming the mind through slow and intentional yoga.
This one's juicy. Do it before bed or whenever you need to reset. 😉

Hello maam , I want a little guidance since I'm confused for which dosa is present inside me .. I sleep by 12 and gets up by 10 am and my body tend to get stiff and joints tend to hurt also during season change, all the joints hurt like anything .I experince irrigation and anger on small stuff (May be because my zodiac is aries) I also tend to get confused while making decision but if I do so , I stick to it , I get lot of sweet cravings but avoid since I was detected with pcod (thanks to my poor lifestyle) 2 years back. As mentioned my joints hurt especially my legs , below the knees tend to get super week and sensitive especially during that time of the month I feel lifeless under the knees but if I indulge myself in regular massages I feel a little relaxed .I'll be beyond grateful of you can let me know my Dosha .
Hello :) we all carry all the dosha within us, just at different variations. I would recommend seeking out a practitioner to help you identify your prakruti (original constitution) and vikruti (current imbalance).

@@Clareminded can you talk about vata in brain. I guess that's the reason for anxiety and other issues. Many are suffering with that and it would be great if you can shine some light on that.
@@kailashramamurthy Mmm yes of course. anxiety is related to the nervous system and can be expressed by any dosha, but it does always have a vata component. I will work on some videos like that. Thank you!
