  • So many people have tried every single diet under the Sun by the time they come and see me. While some have had a short term effect, they were either:
    - too restrictive
    - didn’t enjoy the food
    - they were expected to log their food/ kcals
    -fasting days impractical
    - short-term and didn’t teach a new way of eating for life.
    I listened carefully to my clients before I wrote and launched Renew Reset Recharge®️ back in 2021.
    It is grown into an established and well loved nutrition and weight loss, lifestyle programme. But what makes it so successful?
    1. I wanted a programme that had simple principles and worked well for everyone following the programme.
    2. It needed to be easy to follow, with a feeling of FOOD FREEDOM and ABUNDANCE, rather than deprivation/ boredom.
    3. It needed to have recipes that were quick, simple and effective. But most importantly, I wanted to teach people that by making tweaks and adjustments to their own recipes, they can change the proportions so that they MAKE their own Renew Reset Recharge®️ recipes.
    4. Over 4 weeks I teach the principles behind the programme so that everything I am asking everyone to do makes complete sense. This increases motivation.
    5. I wanted a programme where nobody had to use an app, count calories or points, but a program that is intuitive.
    6. I used foods that reset our metabolism so our hunger and satiety mechanisms start to work correctly. , so we do not feel the need to snack or have sugar cravings between meals. It’s all down to the foods we’re eating!
    7. I wanted to give people the magic key to their metabolism. System that worked anywhere and everywhere; with families, at work, while travelling, while cooking for one. All of this thought process went into the programme.
    8. Lastly, it had to unfold into a healthy way of living that felt and feels so natural for everyone. Most people that follow the programme, maintain many of the principles longer term which is why it’s so successful.
    9. It’s a nutrition, lifestyle and weight loss programme rolled into one. It will be with you for life.
