Last year was rough, I sold my house - moved across the country - rented a house - bought a new house - changed full time jobs, and I'm still managing my RUclips Channel! Thanks for all the support Think Media!
Nice words, you gave me motivation as a foreigner who currently lives in China and has been locked down due to covid constantly. Just sub to your channel.
Your thumbnails are too complicated. Too many words. Your titles aren’t clickable, and quite similar between each other. Simplifying everything would help
I've never understood why making a living, making money to take care of yourself and your family is treated secondarily. Serving is lovely of course, but if u can't make a living how much serving can u do for free? Why is making a good living considered selfish? or secondary? I find it a noble cause.
EXACTLY! It’s honestly ppl who r jealous that they’re not brave enough to show themselves online & they’re mad that content creators can make more money than them. There are content creators that can make 6 figures or more without a college degree, and I think ppl find that unfair. The thing is that ANYONE can be a content creator, so I don’t see how it’s really that unfair if u think about it
Absolutely.. and honestly all this "serve" talk is just to save face. People either start a channel because they want to earn money, or they want fame, or because they enjoy making videos. Nothing wrong with that imo. But. 99% of the time, the motive is intrinsic. And yet we adamantly insist on showing people it's an extrinsic one, even though it's an open secret it's just a shallow lie
I started my RUclips channel just to practice making videos. In their editing and my presentation. No concern about how many viewers or subscribers. I left them on RUclips as a record so that I might see any progress. I just enjoy messing around with my video cameras and that’s it. If I get subscribers ….. great!
This is the way I look at it: I’ve set my life up in such a way that I can serve and earn money simultaneously. (I’m a massage therapist.) My service is not separate from making money. I help people - and in return my cup is refilled so I can continue to serve. From the landscape of RUclips - I post videos as an offering of service. If one wants/need/searches for content in my sector. Then the hope is that one finds it. The way I understand what he is saying is - if one starts a RUclips channel from a selfish egotistical perspective - then all of the content one creates will reflect that. The way they speak, the topics they choose, the energy that is emitted all comes from that place. I generally come to RUclips for help/education/information on how to solve a problem in my life. Whatever that may be. And I find the most digestible content comes from creators who are actively working to put their ego down and serve. Their service may not be completely separate from filling their own cup up. But their is an air of wanting to help.
The 5 video tip seriously works! I launched my channel with 5 videos that all looped and created a binge session. I was able to create a ton of momentum my first week that I don't think I would have been able to otherwise. By committing to 5 videos, I also made sure I was invested in this channel before I even pushed publish.
Dude this made me want to cry for some reason. I'm on my personal account right now, but I have an account that's growing but I've just felt very discouraged and this absolutely relit something in me. You 100% earned my subscription and made me re-evaluate how I'm going to plan my content and reminded me that I'm here to serve, not sell. Sincerely, thank you.
RUclips MISTAKES! Mistake 1-Launching with just one video-Doesn't Give A Viewer A Proper Journey. Launch with at least 5 videos/Video No.1-Channel Trailer/Then a series Mistake 2-Starting with selfish motives (Start with something that can help other people). Have the viewer in mind "I'm Creating Content for This Person" Mistake 3-Not collecting Email IDs-Give something FREE in exchange for an Email ID". Download our Free PDF (Create it in Canva). Mistake 4-Unclear Value Proposition- "You Should Be Able To Articulate To Someone Why Someone Should Subscribe To Your RUclips Channel" Mistake 5-Not Outsource Your Work Soon. "Think Of RUclips Like A Business". Your business has a RUclips channel. Mistake 6-Not Staying A Student of RUclips-How you watch RUclips is more important than what you're watching. Mistake 7-Think Long Term-. If You Create One Video per week that makes it 52 videos per year. Just Commit To An Audience- You've Nothing To Lose, Everything To Gain.
Can’t believe the amount of USEFUL information from this video, insane! To answer your question on, “Why Should I Subscribe to Your RUclips channel?”, I would say this… I want people to understand that reselling is only getting larger and larger. Starting a side hustle of selling USED stuff online, CAN and WILL change your life and help you pay for some of your bills. And it’s fun!! I document what I find from garage sales/thrift stores, and show people what type of items sell for good money online (eBay in general). I changed my life at 20 years old doing this, and so can you!
My RUclips channel only started growing once I started compiling important information and telling it in a concise and efficient manner! About to hit 15k!!
This was so great! I love making videos, but I’m already nervous about getting burnt out! The line of “RUclips needs you cause nobody can make the videos you make”, that was so good!
Watching Think Media is like watching free Master classes. I build my channel around Think Media tips&tricks and it was all for FREE . Thank u guys. I grew organically and people enjoy my content because of ur influence. !!!!!
Omar - a lot of these tips hit home for me even as someone who’s been posting consistently for a few years. Some reminders I took away from this: 1) I need to find a way to outsource more - whether it be hiring an editor or making my job easier in other forms. 2) I need to realign with my target person… what would THEY want to see/click on/learn? Such helpful reminders - thank you Think team!!
I made my RUclips to help people get better at bowling. Sometime getting better is as simple as getting a new ball which builds internal confidence. I did not create it as a business, but I will say watching your video gives me so much to think about. I would like to grow the channel to reach more people.
I recently moved to a cabin in the north of Sweden from Miami and I learned so much about myself. It was a silent chaos, but it taught me so much about myself. I now post on RUclips about self improvement and hope to reach this level of quality content and narration. Much love to everyone 🙏🏽
OUTSOURCING Alternatives: If someone is not ready to outsource the video editing, another solution would be using programs like Descript or Camtasia to help "SPEED up" your editing. In Descript edit out bad takes like editing a Word document with highlight and delete. Wondering if the people at Think Media would consider making a video about Descript or Camtasia (Nick Nimm loves this program) if they had not done so yet.
I'M BACK ON RUclips! I quit my channel about 5 years ago when they changed their monetization policy... was a really bad mistake! I had a few videos in that time that blew up as well but I life always came up with excuses. But I'm so glad I cam back and I'm on that road to 1000 subscribers again!
Thank you, I needed to see this. I love what I do and I don't want to stop. Even tho it is hard, I know there isn't anyone in the world that makes what I make.
I have only had my channel a little over a month. I made a few videos did the 5 video strategy and released them every couple of days. I knew my editing skills sucked so wanted to practice on a few videos first. And also shorts which are seriously harder to do on YT versus TT I uploaded my Halloween Home Tour video lees that 2 weeks and it got 21k views! I’m so glad I had about 20 vids/shorts up even if they are great they at least show that I’m serious about my channel. And working to get better! Thank you for all the help!
THANK YOU FOR THIS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! I’m in the process of starting my channel on RUclips. I’ve been learning and soaking up opinions about editing programs and I am putting overtime in at work to buy a computer, camera, mics, lighting equipment and other needs. I’m trying to keep to the basics for my tight budget. I keep an ever increasing thought journal with me where ever I go. I don’t care what I’m doing, I will stop and write down what comes to me whenever it comes to me. I’ve been planning for a couple months and I am determined to do this, for my legacy. I agreed with all the steps you came up with and I am honestly already on board and doing what you said. THE PART THAT STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS WAS, #7! When you said “there’s nobody else that can make the videos your supposed to create bc your supposed to create them.” It gave me goosebumps as if thru the magic of the universe it was created just for me at just the right time in my life and development of my channel. So again, thank you. I subscribed, liked and will be taking a dive into your content.
Just hit 30K and seriously considering quitting... it's called burnout and trying to work full time.. managed it for two years but now I'm missing out on my kids and having a life... got to 30K in two years but hit a huge wall now.. my content can't be made quickly :/ wish there was a solution to the work life balance problem.
I really love the content that Think Media puts out...all of the staff are so cool and generous with their info. I'm still a newbie but after watching Omar I think it has finally kicked in not to give up. Thanks to all the guys at Think Media.
I miss the old RUclips where it was just everyone uploading random amateur content now RUclips is like you have to be a professional videographer editor etc it's honestly overwhelming and everything moves and changes too fast to keep up with RUclipss "trends" and algorithms, all these rules and everything that's why I want to quit because the RUclips today is not the same RUclips we grew up with when it first came out that's why I struggle and want to quit. I just want to upload my adventures but it's so unmotivating when no one wants to watch cause everyone only cares about tiktok style 15 sec clips now
I started youtube 2 months ago and love it. This is very good information and has actually helped me and opened my eyes to a better purpose as a content creator. Thank you!
i dont miss an omar takori video. sorry if i mispelled, def aint quiting though. btw ppl wont quit if they do it for the right reason. upload 5 unlisted vids. great advice, selfish motives. i do it to help change some1 life, maybe just for a min or a day, every creator might not be a pro editor but every creator should know a lil about editing because ppl need to be able to shoot the video w the edit in mind, ohh a student of yt. yup def do that, thats why im.going to be big soon. 4 real. evolve as a creator. yup... def not quiting lol. the only thing i would add is be different thannany1 in your niche. btw this all kinda has clicked in the last week. thanks omar. i def have nothing to lose.
Some helpful tips I think. I am a family vlogging style channel and only really started trying to grow my channel seriously around 2 months ago. We w ant to entertain people and bring a smile to people's faces. Put a little positivity back in the world. So that is our reason behind it. I am always looking to learn something new.
Omar, sooo much of what you said stuck out to me! In terms of my value proposition, I am a travel creator, my goal is to take my viewers on a journey with me to unique places, make them feel as if they’re traveling with me and give them tips about the place as well as share some fun history! There is a lot I still need to learn, and I believe it starts with better titles and thumbnails
Thank you Omar ! I needed it !! After a year and a half in, I still like creating contents to help my viewers, but I always thought my channel was still too small to do anything with. Now, I’ll start shifting my mind to make this into my own business 😊
Thank you so much for this video. I guess RUclips knew I needed to see this. I've started up my channels again after 5 years and this time I'm sticking with it. Thank you again.❤️
i started my channel originally for memories for me and family and friends to look back on but it soon had people watching and asking questions about my cameras so its now a mix of photography tutorials to entertainment
Some great points here, thanks. Particularly being a student of RUclips.....I constantly consider how and why videos that I watch are drawing my attention, as well as what keeps my interest in a video.
I'm a year late to this video, but your content is timeless and spoken from the heart. I loved the reminder that we are here to serve and have content meant for us to share. Thank you, Omar
Good content, thank you for sharing these tips! I just started my RUclips channel and definitely agree that it is always better to start with more than one video so you don’t feel as much pressure to record.
I’m still working on the delivery of my content but I’m working to teach people how to part out used atvs, dirtbikes etc. it’s easy money and I feel obligated to show some others how I do it and all the little keys to be successful. I think this video will help me a ton! Thank you!
Omar is 🐐 for this video.. I had a moment of frustration while recording content yesterday. I walk that fine line between “should I script to ramble less and sound polished” or do I “go off the cuff with just bullet points so I sound authentic but may miss something in post editing I wanted to say” I’m one of those people that sometimes overthink while I’m speaking to the camera so I have to push through that. Thank you brother!
Can’t stop, won’t stop.✨ Had to take some time off while out sick. But I dropped a couple seasonal-themed replays and a few shorts after feeling better (just to catch myself). So GRATEFUL for your channel and your messages I hear in my head lol, each and every time I wanted to give up. Thank you!
This video came at such a much needed time! Thank you so much for making this video. I am truly taking notice of it and implementing your advice into my own RUclips journey. 🙏🏾
Your last point got me teary eyed. I was ready to give up but you encouraged me to keep recording and keep GOING to get my message out there. THANK YOU!
Great info! I especially liked the tip: Don't quit too soon! Commit to the long game, see things through. I am a speech language pathologist and I created videos for parents and clinicians during the pandemic, however, I took a long pause and then life happened. I am recommitting to continuing what I started. Thank you for your encouraging words and advice! "There is room for you on RUclips!"
I haven't actually started but you've given me a LOT to think about! I struggle with #4 because I have a few different things Id like to help people with. It all boils down to 'advocacy' I guess...for people, butterflies and dogs, but also gardening, food processing, crafts and home stuff. Back to the drawing board! 😄 Thank you and I hope you have an amazing day! 🦋
Ok, maybe this is only my opinion... but I'm sure that there will be other people like me, appreciating that you do more than just one thing on your RUclips channel. I think Focus is important somehow but at least for me this doesn't mean that you have to get rid of all the rest. As long as your different topics have some kind of a connection, it definitely could work. For me it's most interesting to follow an inspiring person and an authentic one. But yeah like I said, maybe this is just my opinion 😊 Good luck and have a lot of fun with your RUclips channel
"We often overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in 5 years." I AM STEALING THAT ONE FROM YOU, OMAR. I can apply it to my own content (similar to what you did with the fashion video). THANKS! 😀👍
It’s taken me a long time to figure out my core reasons for my channel. I don’t think I would’ve been able to find my reasons without trying out random styles of videos first! But now that I’ve found my core, the creativity is a lot easier to unlock
We are preparing for a youtube launch on December 26th. GDT Cuber an 8yr old with autism who enjoys solving puzzle cubes. He learned how to solve them on youtube and websites and now wants to pay it forward to other newcomers and long term cubers. He is doing unboxings, reviews, and providing information that has helped him so far. By watching your channel, i've learned how to do some basic editing, importance of a title, how to launch, to use shorts and thumbnails. I would just like to say thank you for sharing all this with us, as I continue to learn as much as possible before GDT's Launch.
This was exactly what I needed - lots of really content that is both really useful and motivational, I think the "don't launch with one video" was my golden nugget from this although the rest of the content was 100%.
I just want to say. THANK YOU, my 100th video and just hearing you say " what is your purpose of creating content" then " think about what value or how you can help others when creating videos" gave me a whole different perspective. This is my cats account so I'm not that serious just for fun, I do though have another account I actually want to grow. ❤❤❤ GOODLUCK TO YOU AND EVERYONE!!
Really liked your authenticity here man! Nice slow delivery (in a good way). My 'why' is to share new parenting tips. My 'who' is every new Dad (or Mum) that is feeling overwhelmed with parenthood.
I am so glad I clicked on this video. I have 150 subs and I was thinking about quiting. Until I watched this video, thank you Omar for all your great advice. I am going to keep going and pressing on. I keep forgetting how far I have come and how far I can go in the future. Keep up the great work! Love ur vids 🙂👍
#1 is super important. A friend and I are planning on launching a podcast and we will have 5 videos launched with another 5 in the bank. It's so important
Thank you so much! I am going to start my channel within the month. This video TOTALLY gave me all sorts of ideas and assistance especially the 5 video launch within a series. God bless you, and let's all THINK a bit more :) 🙏🧠
It's difficult to have 5 video ideas right away. It already feels very daunting to make 1 as it is. I don't particularly agree with the first mistake. While theoretically, it is beneficial, but it's very hard to adhere to. the second mistake is perfect though, don't think about yourself, think about what you want to provide to your viewers, whether it's game tips and tricks, how-to videos, reaction videos, game play videos etc. for the 3rd mistake, it doesn't have to be emails, it could just be a discord server or something else for the 4th mistake, I agree with this, just having a core reason what your youtube channel is for that should help you both build a community and for the 5th mistake, money is never easy to just let go, outsourcing feels more like for someone who is already starting to earn money in youtube. i completely agree that outsourcing is good, but again, this is only when you have that money to burn anyway. looking back on the entire video, as a person who watches "growth in youtube" videos, it feels like the video should have had a specific audience
These are great advice, actually. Very very solid, unique and up to date. Thank you so much. My mistake is rushing my channel because I wanted money fast (I got a job now). But recently thanks to the experience from my job (marketing, social media, admin work) , my RUclips plan is finally starting to come together. Figuring out the brand, niche, content, the branching out, making a plan and giving it a mission and one line purpose. I feel optimistic and scared.
Great video! Totally agree to stay a student of youtube and love the tips to think about why I clicked on a thumbnail and why I'm watching the video. Value proposition: learn Spanish easily and have fun doing it.
I started my RUclips channel about 4 months ago, I have made 64 videos already and 76 subscribers, whenever I watch THINK MEDIA, and some other people that motivates me, I’m like girl you need to keep going for my future RUclips family I’m going to be helping in the future.🤷🏻♀️🤞🏻
Omar, thank you for the tips! As always, you serve up the best for your audience. You succeed in Think Media's motto "understanding your viewers," keep winning.
Collect Emails with a free PDF? How about a Discord? I have a small channel but a hardcore active community on Discord! This is, in my eyes, much cooler than emails! BUT your video was super helpful! Thank you!
RUclipsrs are quitting because the algorithm flags every video you upload, even if nothing is wrong. Then you submit it for a manual review for them to say limited ads after waiting 2 weeks. Hard work little to no revenue.
My friends and I were just talking about how people get paid to create videos on social media platforms. I'm the only RUclips Creator of the three of us, but all 3 of us are TikTok Creators as well and we were talking about how crazy it is people actually make a full-time living by creating fantastic content. A few days later, my Mom and I were talking about the same topic for RUclips.
OMG ! ... Bruh!... You just dropped so many Gems that I needed! .. I'm building my channel NOW and NOW I know how I'm going to do it and do it RIGHT! Purpose! Thank you! x 60
I love this video! I’ve had my RUclips channel up since May.. definitely learning something new everyday, always thinking about new videos and ideas to share with my subscribers!
Nice video. This is actually a good guide that will definitely help content creators like me to strive harder to create good content that will be of help to viewers, and also devote myself to helping others succeed. Mistake no.6 is a very sticking one for me. Title in a video is very important, I know it will definitely not be a surprise to you that the title you gave to this video was actually my reason for clicking it which also lead to becoming one of your subscribers. Thanks a lot for the video.
Here's the thing, I taught myself English and I started a channel back in 2014 to help people learn and improve their English skills as a second language... I've been following all of your tips. I follow and watch all the channels that help creators grow on RUclips and I have implemented all of the tips and strategies... but guess what? Nothing works for me. People like me quit because after years of putting out content and implementing strategies the channel just won't grow. The image quality of the video intro is AMAZING btw! Thanks for sharing.
I usually buy all the products I review with my own money, so I can truly be objective. I've worked with companies before who have sent me products (who in theory) told me to to say what I want, only to get mad at me when I didn't like something. So, I have currently switched to just reviewing what I buy with my own money. This avoids the hassle of being beholden to a company because they sent me something. This also helps me serve my audience of younger/newer filmmakers who are seriously looking to get a deal with their hard earned cash or those on a budget. So, if you are looking for true, brutal and honest opinions, I got you covered. ;) Great video as always!
You are so right about the start with five. I had a few from teaching a class I recorded (on topic) so I think that saved me, but definitely have a series before shouting out your channel.
I'm glad you touched on the editing part of producing a RUclips video. Thats my biggest worry. I'm not sure I have the knowledge to edit my video. Can you please give some suggested sources to use. Thanks
I wasn't able to post anything for about two months as I was moving from province to province in Canada. I was able to finally post a video last week! It's tough trying to figure out life.
Thank you for sharing this!
Keep up the persistence!
Thanks for making this video, pretty long but it was worth staying till the end, great tips for new youtubers. Keep it up!
Your thumbnails are too complicated. Too many words. Your titles aren’t clickable, and quite similar between each other.
Simplifying everything would help
I'll never be comfortable outsourcing anything. It takes away from the connection for me personally.
I crochet the most trendy & beautiful things that everyone can make & give detailed tutorials - that's the tea
I've never understood why making a living, making money to take care of yourself and your family is treated secondarily. You mean the themes dovetailed and interconnected?
@@johnvaderna3270 basically I just suggested the exact next video I wanted viewers to watch within my video.
I wish that I had known this wonderful hack when starting my channel. It makes perfect sense. 😉
Does this mean that we have to upload all 5 videos at the same day at the same time?
Did you drop one a day?
Dude this made me want to cry for some reason. Thank you! I watched this video all the way til the end and I’m like wow these are great tips I need to take notes!! Lol 📝 🔥
Thank you!
Thank you - this is so helpful!

I really like the style of this video. No backround music. Just straight to the point. Felt like Im talking to you thru Zoom :)
Thank you for your feedback!
I made my RUclips to help people get better at bowling. Sometime getting better is as simple as getting a new ball which builds internal confidence. I did not create it as a business, but I will say watching your video gives me so much to think about. I would like to grow the channel to reach more people.
I loved the 7th point: Not staying a student of RUclips
specially the example you provided was very helpful.
Thank you!
I recently moved to a cabin in the north of Sweden from Miami and I learned so much about myself. It was a silent chaos, but it taught me so much about myself. I now post on RUclips about self improvement and hope to reach this level of quality content and narration. Much love to everyone 🙏🏽

RUclips is hard 😭😭 just like everything else in life. Keep going, follow the steps in this video and hope for the best
If you are reading this comment right now know that your channel will grow. Don't give up soon you will rejoice.

I uploaded my Halloween Home Tour video lees that 2 weeks and it got 21k views!

Selfish motives should be number 1 cause that's the first thing I hear when I ask people what made them get into making videos.
I just want to upload my adventures but it's so unmotivating when no one wants to watch cause everyone only cares about tiktok style 15 sec clips now
@Mr Brown Redneck 💯 Thanks man
I started youtube 2 months ago and love it.
👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Thank you Omar ! I needed it !! After a year and a half in, I still like creating contents to help my viewers, but I always thought my channel was still too small to do anything with. Now, I’ll start shifting my mind to make this into my own business 😊
Keep up the persistence!
You should upload more videos! I value a lot japanese teaching channels and you make good content. Keep it up!
Thank you so much for this video. I guess RUclips knew I needed to see this. I've started up my channels again after 5 years and this time I'm sticking with it. Thank you again.❤️
I’ve been struggling lately staying motivated, so I came back to being a student to feel something. Thank you Omar🌼
The struggle makes the success that much greater.
@@thelifeedge you’re absolutely right.
i started my channel originally for memories for me and family and friends to look back on but it soon had people watching and asking questions about my cameras so its now a mix of photography tutorials to entertainment
Great Video, helped alot for a new RUclipsr here. We are still learning but watching your content is really helping us, so thanks alot
I’m still working on the delivery of my content but I’m working to teach people how to part out used atvs, dirtbikes etc. it’s easy money and I feel obligated to show some others how I do it and all the little keys to be successful. I think this video will help me a ton! Thank you!
I love this channel, have 25 videos now! Growing both in subscribers and skill! Thanks guys for all you do!
@Venice on Go that's a great idea! thanks for sharing
Bro, seriously you guys at think media are amazing! thank you!!!
You’re the best!
@@ThinkMediaTV Your the best😁
When I see videos of think media, I have the power to create, you motived me guys so much, thank you, my channel will grow up!
Thank you!
Am sick today but I still upload my video
@@fatimaslifeline 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
The key to RUclips is consistency!
Love how you put it!
@@Cameraman00001 Yesss! If I’m unable to record, I’m dropping a replay lol.
The touching path to me is when you said their is room for for everyone ,cause nobody is goona make what you are suppose to make. thanks
You got this fam!
This video came at such a much needed time! Thank you so much for making this video. I am truly taking notice of it and implementing your advice into my own RUclips journey. 🙏🏾
Don’t quit on your self 👌🏼 I recently passed 400 subs pushing my way to 500 🚀
Your last point got me teary eyed. I was ready to give up but you encouraged me to keep recording and keep GOING to get my message out there. THANK YOU!
Omar, thank you for your videos and advice. I’m working on growing my RUclips channel and am in VRA. ❤
Very encouraging. Not being a student of RUclips is definitely something i am very guilty of
I haven't actually started but you've given me a LOT to think about!
But yeah like I said, maybe this is just my opinion 😊
Good luck and have a lot of fun with your RUclips channel
Really like what TM does. I'm 9 videos in, 256 subs and continuing to produce and grow. Appreciate you guys!
Thank you Omar , By watching ur video n encourage me , stay consistent and keep going u will succeed.
"We often overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in 5 years." I AM STEALING THAT ONE FROM YOU, OMAR. I can apply it to my own content (similar to what you did with the fashion video). THANKS! 😀👍
It is a famous quote by Bill Gates, called 'Gate's Law'.
Thank you Omar... For sure.. Stay consistent and keep going and you will succeed!
It’s taken me a long time to figure out my core reasons for my channel. I don’t think I would’ve been able to find my reasons without trying out random styles of videos first! But now that I’ve found my core, the creativity is a lot easier to unlock
Thank you for opening our eyes and minds, this is such an incredible inspiration for us.
This is such genuine advice. I have personally benefitted from this video. Thank you so much!
This tips are topnotch. Reasons comes top of result. Let me reevaluate my channel. I started 2months ago though but I believe I should improve more
This was exactly what I needed - lots of really content that is both really useful and motivational, I think the "don't launch with one video" was my golden nugget from this although the rest of the content was 100%.
Recommend this video! Incredible lessons, incredible message and incredible speaker :) !
I just have only 20 subs,is very discouraging honestly...
#1 is super important. A friend and I are planning on launching a podcast and we will have 5 videos launched with another 5 in the bank. It's so important
Great information, we appreciate all your professionalism and motivation! 💯
Thank you so much for the knowledge that was shared! Much needed!!
While theoretically, it is beneficial, but it's very hard to adhere to.
the second mistake is perfect though, don't think about yourself, think about what you want to provide to your viewers, whether it's game tips and tricks, how-to videos, reaction videos, game play videos etc.
for the 3rd mistake, it doesn't have to be emails, it could just be a discord server or something else
for the 4th mistake, I agree with this, just having a core reason what your youtube channel is for that should help you both build a community and
for the 5th mistake, money is never easy to just let go, outsourcing feels more like for someone who is already starting to earn money in youtube. i completely agree that outsourcing is good, but again, this is only when you have that money to burn anyway.
looking back on the entire video, as a person who watches "growth in youtube" videos, it feels like the video should have had a specific audience
@Clau Almeida thats brilliant.
I felt like it wasn’t just tips, but actually a pep talk. Good job !
Resonated with every tip so far!! INCREDIBLE points!!
THANK YOU for all your hard work and everything you share!!!
I started 4 months ago as well. It has not been easy but we will keep going. I wish you the best.
Yeah my views, subs, and watch time is a downer and I put hella work and money into it. Super disappointed. I'll give it 6 more months then I'll quit.
Same here, started in May, It's been stressful but I won't give up. Am always happy anytime I get a new sub and it keeps me going.
yeah you guys are good. thatnks for several years for me. "They will go deep with you" One of the greatest things a youtube influencer has ever said"
DAM MAN THIS WAS INSPIRING I ALMOST SHED A TEAR. VICTORY HERE I COME. But thank you helped a lot and felt very personal.
My why: to help women live an upscale lifestyle on a downsized budget.
I’m not even thinking of quitting but I learned a lot! Working on an email list and always being a student of YT! Those are the two major takeaways.
The email list was a game changer for us.
You mentioned RUclipsrs should think about outsourcing their editing. What if they really enjoy post production?
Wise honest words, great video and advice. Thank you. Saved and subscribed.
Your channel delivers so much life value!!! Thank you for your time and what you do
Here's the thing, I taught myself English and I started a channel back in 2014 to help people learn and improve their English skills as a second language...
I also buy my own products and review them honestly but I've never worked with any brand cos I am still a very very small channel, hoping to grow more
So what do yo do with that $1000 or $2000 laptop for review? Sell it at $200 loss on ebay with ebay charges on top of it?
You are so right about the start with five. I had a few from teaching a class I recorded (on topic) so I think that saved me, but definitely have a series before shouting out your channel.
Why there are no timestamps?
I'm glad you touched on the editing part of producing a RUclips video. Thats my biggest worry. I'm not sure I have the knowledge to edit my video. Can you please give some suggested sources to use. Thanks
I wasn't able to post anything for about two months as I was moving from province to province in Canada. I was able to finally post a video last week! It's tough trying to figure out life.
