Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

I was so excited to see that you had done a video based on my question I had submitted to you. My channel, North Carolina Living, has definitely been a work in progress. I have learned a lot over the years and my content has evolved over time. I need to be more consistent…. Hearing you say that really hit home for me. I am new to RUclips Contant creation, I’m currently a podiatric surgeon in active practice, and I am looking for ways to build a channel or channels in order to put my skills to use in ways that don’t require me to be a slave to my office anymore after more than the third of the century. I’m going to be posting on Health, wealth and finance, and won that is outside of my specialty, but that I have gained expertise purposely in: relationships. I’ve discovered your channel, and listening to this presentation, plus looking at some of the others that you have available, I want to offer my respect. You have a ton of useful information, not just academically, but useful information of the “incorporate it and put it to use right now.” You have a pleasant but no nonsense presentation style, everything that’s needed, no wasted motion, no wasted time. I can respect that and admire it. Thanks for your good work.
Great video. “Yesterday’s home runs won’t win today’s game”. You definitely dropped a lot of nuggets that I’m going to ponder and implement. “Make each video 1% better”.

And they were so kind to work with me and continue to do so. The entire reason I started my channel was because of Sean. Ive packed up all of my podcast gear and headed back to the mainland to continue chasing my dream. I encourage everyone who works with these people to continue to do so. Sean, you made a really good point about channel theme. My content before was all about finance but it was super broad...everything from Real Estate, to investing in the market, to life insurance, and so on. I've actually unlisted every single video that doesn't talk about the main thing that I really want to talk about which is life insurance. I'm 5 videos in now, and it's already made it a TON easier to come up with new topics. This video is affirming. Thank you.
Great advice - I think it’s important to make videos because you enjoy it otherwise it won’t be sustainable and don’t care too much about views - and not too overthink it too much, just do it and don’t worry what people think of you- we’ve only 200 subs but love doing videos and it’s building organically but thanks for all your great advice -

Watched until the end! You reaffirmed I’m going in the right direction. Getting comfortable talking to a camera was my biggest hurdle. Figuring out what video to make next is always my next stumbling block. Do you work on multiple videos at once or focus on one to completion?
Thanks so much for this super helpful video. I don’t expect you to reply bc I know ur busy but I really appreciate your earnest efforts to help micro creators like me who will NEVER be a Beast on RUclips. And that’s okay. Your videos always make me more informed and motivated. More blessings to you and your team!
Thank you Sean! A new subscriber here! Question: considering most youtube viewers don’t pay for Premium to avoid advertisements (my case) is there a way to prep your content or timing so that youtube can show “commercials” without interrupting the viewers as much. Does splitting in chapters help the algorithm to understand where to stop the video to show commercials?
I have a question about localisation; I'm living in Italy but I wish to create a content for Poland; Does RUclips detect my geographical location, how does it work please 💙 ?
Thanks for your great Practical Tips ! The biggest take away...? Probably Nr. 1 to Nail your Niche because with my Channel I do think that we have a rather broad Channel Theme, that I could possibly Niche down, Related to that also Nr. 12 building an audience and community with things like Storytelling, a Brand Story, will also make it easier to have a starting point for making new video's and also for writing better titles etc. etc. Those are deffinitely all interesting things to - think - about ! ;)

1% better everyday!!! Lets go!!!
Thanks for the motivation to continue to build my channel 😊
Watched until the end! You reaffirmed I’m going in the right direction. Getting comfortable talking to a camera was my biggest hurdle. Figuring out what video to make next is always my next stumbling block. Do you work on multiple videos at once or focus on one to completion?
Great content, love it. 🎉
RUclipsr here I love this business so much ❤ makes me happy how I can be myself on here
Thanks so much for this super helpful video. I don’t expect you to reply bc I know ur busy but I really appreciate your earnest efforts to help micro creators like me who will NEVER be a Beast on RUclips. And that’s okay. Your videos always make me more informed and motivated. More blessings to you and your team!
That was so good! One of your best videos! And you have so many great ones full chock of help and info! Brilliant! Thank you ! 😊
Glad it was helpful! 🙏🏻💛
Just saying hi 👋🏻 to a fellow artist. Different medium, but same idea for videos 😊.
Good information. Thanks!
I put part of my soul in every video
Just started my channel not long ago.
Wish me luck!
We have RUclips Short reply? That’s HUGE to me! Thank you - that little reminder made a difference for my channel.
We just gotta keep posting!
Agreed...keep posting!
10:00 niche is a French word so your prononciation is perfect.

Love your tips for making videos and upping your quality.
Posted my kid's first short a few days ago. Only got 62 views. Feeling a bit discouraged but i will apply your tips moving forward🙌🏾
That’s amazing for a first short! Congratulations!🎉
I have a question about localisation; I'm living in Italy but I wish to create a content for Poland; Does RUclips detect my geographical location, how does it work please 💙 ?
Thanks for your great Practical Tips !
The biggest take away...?
Probably Nr. 1 to Nail your Niche
because with my Channel I do think that
we have a rather broad Channel Theme, that I could possibly Niche down,
Related to that also Nr. 12 building an audience and community with things like Storytelling,
a Brand Story, will also make it easier to have a starting point for making new video's
and also for writing better titles etc. etc.
Those are deffinitely all interesting things to - think - about ! ;)
