I started my channel recently. In less than 60 days I grew to over 3,000 subs listening to Think. I’ve already received a couple offers for sponsors, got invited to an exclusive interview, and I’m on my way to vid summit to work the event and soak up the knowledge there in a few more days. All I do is scroll videos like this. Don’t waste time scrolling useless videos on social media. If you’re going to scroll, then scroll videos like this so at least you’re learning!

I can’t wait to connect back with THINK. My father passed away a few months ago here in Hawaii and my world got flipped upside down real quick. And they were so kind to work with me and continue to do so.
The entire reason I started my channel was because of Sean.
Ive packed up all of my podcast gear and headed back to the mainland to continue chasing my dream.
I encourage everyone who works with these people to continue to do so.
I’ve learned more from THINK on the processes and how-tos, but what I learned more from them than anything was don’t ever stop chasing your dreams.
    Thank you THINK.
    Aloha from Hawaii.
I’ll be in D.C. from here on out.

I am new to RUclips Contant creation, I’m currently a podiatric surgeon in active practice, and I am looking for ways to build a channel or channels in order to put my skills to use in ways that don’t require me to be a slave to my office anymore after more than the third of the century.
I’m going to be posting on Health, wealth and finance, and won that is outside of my specialty, but that I have gained expertise purposely in: relationships.
I’ve discovered your channel, and listening to this presentation, plus looking at some of the others that you have available, I want to offer my respect. You have a ton of useful information, not just academically, but useful information of the “incorporate it and put it to use right now.”
You have a pleasant but no nonsense presentation style, everything that’s needed, no wasted motion, no wasted time. I can respect that and admire it.
    Thanks for your good work.

I now have the realisation that I am in my growth season. I feel I can let go of feeling like I am missing out and anxious that I am not uploading on a tight schedule. In this season of life my priority can be my job while my channel can build over time. When I have extra time available I can contribute that towards the channel to help boost my growth. I’m just about to reach 6000 subs and it’s been a slow grind but one day I’ll see that silver play button on my wall. To anyone reading this, yt is a slow race against yourself, don’t try to skip the process. We all go through it. Good luck, keep creating.

Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

I've actually unlisted every single video that doesn't talk about the main thing that I really want to talk about which is life insurance. I started my channel 14 mos ago and my original first 2 videos are my top producers, out of 30 videos. They tell a compelling story. I have 566 subscribers… but I service a small niche. 98% of my competitors are plastic surgery practices. There are are few of me (patients) creating content. So, RUclips loves the doctors… But, I’m getting there! I met my viewer goal, just working on my last 500 real time views to be monetized. ! Over time, I hope to slowly expand my niche to grow the channel. 🙏🦋🌈

I'm most definitely saving thia information and going to start up Culture surfing strategy. Personally, I dig the long form info packed learning sessions, but half of my money is being placed on the CHURN and LEARN single focus topics packed into a 60 to 90 second short that's made to help the audience solve a problem or make a buying decision. At the end of the day it's like you said "If it comes from a place of consistent service to your viewers the algorithm's will eventually fall into place and before you know it thousands of passive viewers will start subscribing and watching and spreading the word like I did today for creators on RUclips! Gracias, Amigo! & Happy Christmas! G in ATX

One thing that's hard for me is that I didn't pick a niche at the beginning and I'm not even sure if just one niche would work for me because my videos are about vlogging my projects and activities in my life, so that makes my videos kinda all over the place.
I don't think I could make enough videos on a single niche anyways.

Being consist is a great strategy, however, I find this difficult do with the work or content I work on. Think, travel out to a locaiton for shooting the footage and then traveling back home, editing etc. The challenges of the niche choses makes this an uphill battle, but its the passion that keeps me going. Thanks for all the content, suggestions for creators. Much appreciated.
