I do anywhere from 100 to 300 uploads at a time. There's no limit just in case you were wondering. They will get to your elements when they get to them, and they won't flag you for over-uploading. It's a great gig! I'm making around 130 a month so far and it is trending up! Keep up the great work!
Does anyone knows when will they open up new registration.. Like is there a month for that. Or will they be closing it forever due to overwhelming numbers of contributers?
This is a great video! If this isn't too much to ask, do you mind sharing how much you make per when users use each or any of the items you created?. Is it a set price?
Hi, and thanks for all the info. I have a question that can i make designs on canva and then upload it to canva contributer and how to do that please can you tell.
I would not use any pro items to create more pro items for the contributor hub. I think it would be best to create off platform and then upload. I create mine in procreate.
Great video! I been using canva for a couple of years and did not know this. As for your video, does this mean you have to have one element only on the page? I have many elements but I have designed a page with about 30-40 elements on one page to make it look like a cover design.......will this way not work?
When uploading your designs as an element creator it gives you the option to upload as a collection or a single element. However, you would still upload each element individually even if its apart of a collection.
Hello ma'am, if i choose "Templates" on what type of content will I creating; will I be using the existing elements and create a template? OR I'll make new elements to create that new template? Thank you so much for creating this video, it's very helpful to me to save money to send myself off to college nest semester.
Yep you definitely do. It depends how you go about doing your taxes. I file all of me online earnings under my business so that I can also have business write off's, like subscriptions I pay for etc.
Hello! Yes you definitely can! Getting an element through lately has been harder. I feel they have gotten more strict with what the accept and reject. I would look over this section so that you are better prepared. www.canva.com/design/DAFpgg-5DXE/AI0GgUEhV23e96Y4MFuvuQ/view?DAFpgg-5DXE&
OH boy, this really just depends on the personal preference. Adobe Illustrator is great if you want to spend the monthly creative cloud fee. Affinity designer is a one time purchase and that is what I use. I also use Procreate on my Ipad.
Hi! Can I be a creator for elements and templates at the same time? Or does that mean I have to make two accounts for each? Thanks for this really informative video btw!

They never got back with me which blows my mind, I’ve been a professional photographer for 20 years and graphic designer for 7 years. And I’ve been an artist pretty much all my life. I’m sitting on a massive library of work. I’m guessing they aren’t looking through applications anymore.
@@sellingdigital Amazon merch? You know, that happens to so many people but somehow I got accepted into it years ago. It’s overrated though. Hello! Yes you can! However if you use a pro element in your design, the person who uses it later will need to also have the Pro membership to use the elements.
Hello! Yes and no. Canva doesn't care what design platform you use to create your elements and templates. Everything you submit just needs to fit within their guidelines.
Hello! I am so sorry they are unavailable now. Have you attempted one of the other sections? For instance I am a Canva Element Creator but you could also apply to do Templates etc.
It is definitely possible. I am not sure what their specific requirements are for someone to be accepted. However having a portfolio will most definitely help. Here is a video I made if you do not have a portfolio yet ruclips.net/video/VcdCFVjcedA/видео.html
I have applied and have been told to wait for review by canva crew...they have however told me that "We'll be in touch once we've reviewed your application. This can take up to a few weeks." How long did your review take for verification kindly
Hi, I think it already limits the creator's ability to join in. I got this notification after applying for it; it says, "Thank you for your expression of interest. We will be in touch when we are ready to onboard more creators." 😢
I am actually not familiar with this but I do know there are many videos within the elements to choose from. I would do some more research or email Canva directly to inquire. Maybe even with a sample video of yours just in case!
I think it genuinely depends on the amount you upload to the platform as well as your ability to stay up on trends. For instance when the boho rainbows started trending, getting those up as an element creator was huge. There are many examples of this but there are many different types of elements that become very popular that people just want to grab and not create themselves or use AI and if a designer is good at being on top of it then the income potential is large.
