Autism journey has been lonely for us. My son's village is just me and his dad. I remember feeling all the feelings you're feeling. And can I just say it's ok to wish things were different! It does NOT mean you don't love your baby but this shit is HARD! so cry all you want girl because it helps ! Please share expenses for this!! We are 1 Income family becasue I stay home with our boys. I will never understand how ppl could judge this. 🥹 As a mom to a child with similar needs. I would do Anything and everything to help him. We spend so many hours researching the ins and outs of how to help our child with basic needs. Such as eating, speaking and how to deal with their emotions. People that must judge have no idea what they speak on. I pray your journey is great! 🙏🏻 & that your able to share more. 💕💕❤
I work in behavioral health and it’s a rewarding job to see the progress in this kiddos and how they are superhero’s and they are able to do and conquer whatever they desire. Excited to see Oakley journey ❤
My son has high function autism. When he was little only I could understand his "language". Once he started kindergarten his vocabulary began to grow. He had speech and language therapy while in school as well. Now he is 26 years old. He eats anything now cause he would only eat chicken when he was little. So picky. He is a fully functioning adult. Praying your baby gets all the help he needs.

What a blessing to have the resources to do the best for your child. I am a social worker for kids with disabilities and I encounter so many families with little education and low income who cannot get appropriate services and supports to give their children. How blessed you all are ❤ the frustration I see in families and the hurt they have to endure because of lack of support is hard and can only imagine what the families go through.

Lonely was how I felt at the beginning of my son’s autism journey!!Specially because like you said not every kid is the same and we just have to find what works for our kids. I tried many different things until I found what helped and just continue doing what works. Getting called crazy and being judged sucks when they don’t know the struggle but we never give up. Run to see La virgen de Guadalupe and give it all to her she will handle it. Trust me... My son is 10 and is Autistic and he surprises me every day with new achievements. The positive side of this diagnosis is knowing where they fall on the spectrum because it's a diagnosis that can only improve with time if caught early on along with ABA therapy or any other resources for them to develop their skills. I will say a big part as our kids grow is to teach him and show him how to advocate for himself. Everything else will come in due time, we do have our whole entire lives to learn how to read/write, history and math after all some of us go back to college in our 40/50s.
Run to God not a virgen, not a saint, anything else asides God! He is our one and only creator, we go directly to him thanks to Jesus Christ, we don’t need anybody else.
La Virgencita being a mother herself does miracles to us mothers and I’m living proof of a lot of her miracles❤. Anything mother related I have gone to her through Jesus Christ name and always get my prayers answered.. literally miracles!!!
My son is in the process of getting assessed for autism but before that we found out he has celiac disease and also lactose 🙃 (so he HAS to be 100% gluten free for life and he’s also dairy free now) but changing his diet has improved SOOO many aspects of his growth (emotionally,mentally, etc) it’s so crazy!
I have two boys on the spectrum and I honestly wish I could do something like this for my boys. Im going to take a guess that you’re doing either stem cell or electromagnetic thing (I think that’s what it is) either way those things are super expensive 😭no regular person working a 9-5 could afford it for one let alone multiples

I love this❤ I just want to know why there is such a negative stigma with autism? We just got my sons diagnose yesterday. They told us he's on the lower level, they told us he has autism level 1. He just turned 12 a few days ago. But when I heard autism my heart broke. I have been crying on and off since yesterday. Because he's such a loving soul but would always tell me " mom why doesn't anyone want to be my friend " I wish I could just wrap him in a bubble.

As a mom/mother of two baby’s I could never imagine becoming sad because I find out my baby’s are in the spectrum so I want to understand why some moms / parents do feel that way :/
As a mother of four, personally it was the thought of my son not experiencing a “normal” life and especially others viewing him and treating him differently. My son started babbling at the average age but then he stopped. He wasn’t talking at all. I remember being so sad about it but at the same time excited for the day I’d hear his voice. I started him on ABA & Speech Therapy. They taught him some basic sign language so he would communicate with that, pointing or grunting. He now talks but there’s days when he just grunts and points. He’s also about to start OT which will help him with his sensory difficulties. That’s just to tell you the least because he also used to self harm which was the saddest part and the scariest.

As a mom/mother of two baby’s I could never imagine becoming sad because I find out my baby’s are in the spectrum so I want to understand why some moms / parents do feel that way :/
As a mother of four, personally it was the thought of my son not experiencing a “normal” life and especially others viewing him and treating him differently. My son started babbling at the average age but then he stopped. He wasn’t talking at all. I remember being so sad about it but at the same time excited for the day I’d hear his voice. I started him on ABA & Speech Therapy. They taught him some basic sign language so he would communicate with that, pointing or grunting. He now talks but there’s days when he just grunts and points. He’s also about to start OT which will help him with his sensory difficulties. That’s just to tell you the least because he also used to self harm which was the saddest part and the scariest.
