You're such an excellent teacher! You always leave me feeling like I could do it, too!! I used to really love RUclips until they started censorship. I'm still learning TikTok and will be moving my longer videos to Rumble.
After watching one of your videos, I started three channels. I am writing from the first one. I don’t know if I will ever be able to monetize, but at least I got the courage to start. Thank you so much for this.
Chapter Five, Perfect Prompt For Chat GPT Quiz Generating: Generate a quiz about "TOPIC". This Quiz target user is millennials and Gen Z. This quiz have 10 questions. Each question should be fill in the answer style, with only one answer. This quiz will not have multi choice answers. Please include the answers to the questions. This quiz should have three easy difficulty questions, three medium difficulty questions, three hard difficulty questions, and one Extreme difficulty question.
Thanks Sarah. I just created my first quiz 😊 Your directions are very straightforward and super easy to follow. A couple things to note. I did have trouble making my audio less than sixty seconds. I followed your advice and trimmed my questions down to only necessary dialogue and also reworded them to make them shorter. In the end I just ended up speeding them up. It's less natural sounding but it works. In the future I think I will shorten the quiz by a question or two. The other thing is the caption effect where we see only one word at a time uploaded to TikTok no problem but it would not work in RUclips. I ended up removing this from my RUclips videos. It took me a few tries to get a quiz I was happy with. I used a niche topic rather than just a general quiz, hoping that might target an audience. My last try went pretty quickly. Created the entire video in just a few hours. The next one will be even faster.
You're an awesome tutor. I followed this tutorial about a week ago and followed just about each step. The only problem I encountered was creating the progress bar but I found a walk around for that from another video. So far I've made 3 videos, One of which I posted this morning and it has over 300 views already. This is kinda crazy for me because I am a very small channel, and I'm willing to test this for about three months and see how it goes.
Your the Best Sarah! You help alot of people, and you have a positive Attitude! Going to start learning more about your Techniques..... Thank you very much!!!
This was a great video. I am excited that RUclips is rolling out longer shorts. 3 minute shorts will roll out soon! So, using this strategy is fantastic in terms of monetization.

To all of my 103 subscribers. THANKS a Lot!! I appreciate you and I'm gonna keep improving for y'all and me 🥰🙌 Today feels tough, but I’m leaving this comment as a future reminder that I stayed strong. 💪
Thanks Sarah I was looking for something new for my channel! Made my first one your way and then the second just with Canva Pro. I think the second turned out good.
I've made the template, and I am planning to clone them with different videos, This is great Sarah, even it it doesn't pay it was fun to make and people will enjoy it. John from Morrinsville
Thanks Sarah, I love how you share so generously your tips! You convinced me to try it out. One thing I'll add to your amazing content is that it's has been unsuccessful for me to make a 10 questions quiz last around 1min. I picked short questions and let 3 seconds for people to answer to each (which is less than other channels quiz videos) and still fall around 1 minute 27. I would say that 10 questions might be too long for RUclips Shorts and you might be in need to think about another strategy. Hope it helps!
I found it hard myself you can try identifying filler words to shorten it up some in cap cut. That will shorten it up some although I believe that requires the pro version. You could also speed up the voice over but not to much or it will sound weird. yes, shorter questions I think 3 seconds is a good amount to answer. 3 seconds per 10 questions is 30 seconds but it takes time to speak the questions. Someone did say they are making RUclips shorts longer up to 3 minutes that's on the 15th of this month so should be good.
Been watching your videos for years! Was in ur membership for a while. You are doing such a great job. I am so ooooo incredibly curious how much you make per month with all your income streams combined!!
You are seriously the cutest and most generous person walking through each and every step! thank you, thank you! I have very few skills technically but even I can follow your instructions😉😉❤❤
Thank you so much Sarah! Detailed video and research as always! Can't I use Canva for the editing as well instead of Capcut? And is it necessary to add the voice over?
just created my first video, pretty good step by step walk through. just gotta be careful with the questions surpassing one minute. lets see how it goes. gonna work on a few more to have for consistent posting. thank you!
did you do the captions on your videos with caput? if so did they match with th text? im having trouble with that a ai voice seems to be off with the captions, seems like they voice is faster than the video and its coming out longer than the canva template
I want to think you for this information and your affiliate links to get us started! Your step by step instructions are easy to follow and actually work. I just completed my first video and uploaded it. I'm so excited! Thanks again- this is a game changer.
What people don't understand is that by the time a RUclipsr makes a video about something like this, the 'niche' is saturated. That's how they know it's working. If you want to find a niche that isn't saturated, you need to do your own market research. What it will generally mean is that if you got on it at the beginning you'd get 12 months of success, but if you get on it when a video like this comes out, you get 4-6 months of success (more the earlier you make it compared to the flood of these 'make this one cool video' vids come out). In 4-6 months it won't be viable anymore. These kinds of things are never lifetime-length to begin with, but you could in theory make more than enough to survive until the next niche. Or you can complain that it's saturated and make $0.
You have a point, but here’s the thing, every niche is saturated in a sense. You just have to find that their is a piece of pie for everyone in the market . What could you do? Do things differently to stand out. Find trends that no one is doing. That is the key, find keywords no one is doing, there’s always cracks and open spaces in the market area
Hey, Sarah i just uploaded one today one with your strategies. Can you check it out? And there still some errors even i reviewed it 10 times though. Huhuhu
I love your videos. BUT this is a hell of a lot of work for something that may or may not work. How long does it take an expert like you to create one of these quizzes? It has taken me nearly 2 hours to watch and copy up to the last video in Canva. To do the rest I will be here all day. Thanks but I am not sure I have the time to do one of these a week.
Super helpful video packed with information, as always. But I have a question for you that's been driving me crazy: Why is your channel called Wholesale Ted, when your name is Sarah?? 😆
Haha good question. It was started many years ago as an addition to a newsletter made by my friend Ted. He stopped the newsletter and I kept the channel. The channel was supposed to just be a short-term SEO experiment for me to learn about RUclips's search algorithm, I didn't expect to enjoy making videos so much!
Stumbled on your videos and now you got me going down the rabbit hole. I must say you seem to be one of the most genuine and informative people I’ve found on RUclips to date. Great work, happy to subscribe and like video. In Canada so don’t qualify for the TicToc incentive either so is it still worth the efforts on RUclips??
What progress bar did you use in that video? I've tried several and none of them adjust to fit the timing between question and answer. Even after exporting.
Thank you for this great tutorial!! 😍 I watched your videos in English and French. What surprised me is the amazing resemblance between the 2 voices. So, I wonder which is the real voice: the French or the English? Unless you're a Martian yourself who spies on us on earth🥰🥰
Great video as always Sarah! How often would you recommend posting these type of quizzes to get the most traction on RUclips? Also, in your experience is there a best day and time to post new shorts on RUclips? Thanks 😊
OMG,i felt blessed for find your channel.I want to start sell digital product for add my monthly income.I hope I can be like u...Thank u.You're so inspired
I don't think so, until Canva implements a proper timeline editing feature and an auto caption feature like Capcut has, combining them instead of just using Canva is a much easier way to create them!
Sounds impressive, but I’m cautious about claims like this. I’d like to see some real examples of how this works. It’s important to know the details before jumping in.
So, was this all done using the free versions of the tools, Capcut in particular, because a lot of its functions are now only available using the Pro version?
Capcut is $25 per month and Canva is approximately $13 per month (depending on where in the world you live). You should invest 100ish bucks as this will give you 3 months of pro features, give or take. If you don't make money in 3 months at least you gave it a go, and you only lost $100 bucks. How much does a pizza delivery cost?
Thank you very much! Thank you very much! I really appreciate you giving these amazing steps for free! This has my creative juices going! Now time for execution! Thank you again!
So let me start by saying thank you for this channel and all the work you put in!🎉 I tried this and I did everything right until i got to the part of adding the audio into capcut. I guess my generated questions were a little long, so the voiceovers inturn were like 10 secs long on average. So now im like, what to do. Because i know youtube shorts are less than 1 min, but at this point, my quiz is about 2 mins. She explains that we'll need to create 3 x 15 sec videos + 1 x 15.1 video = 1.01 mins. Over 1 mins makes your video eligible for ads monetization on TikTok.
No because when you reach monetization eligibility you will be required to hand over your tax identification number to be eligible, and so unless you have a local tax number then you will be rejected unfortunately!

That is a good question. It is because the Canva video editing app does not have a proper timeline to edit on, which is also why it is unable to properly add in captions. We need to use a video editor with a proper timeline to edit those sorts of things with 🌞

She explains that we'll need to create 3 x 15 sec videos + 1 x 15.1 video = 1.01 mins. Over 1 mins makes your video eligible for ads monetization on TikTok.

One big question, how do you get 10 questions with answers into really 61 seconds? i am working with capcut atm, and my video would have to go into 78 or 82 secs for example, an answer or help wit the timing and fitting would be appreciated
Well, I did it by just shaving down my text! So towards the end I stopped saying things like "next question" and just went straight to the next question. It would be [Answer], [Question] - with no fluff. You can also use a technique done by others doing this where they save time by using on-screen images as their questions, instead of text based questions.
You can speed it up down to 60 seconds, it might sound differ so you can also adjust the pitch to match the original pitch.
Why not use the voice options within Capcut?
Any reason you are not using Canva for the video editing? Great info Thanks
That is a good question. It is because the Canva video editing app does not have a proper timeline to edit on, which is also why it is unable to properly add in captions. We need to use a video editor with a proper timeline to edit those sorts of things with 🌞
You are awesome
I love how simple yet effective this strategy is! But can it really sustain long-term success, or is it just a trend? 🤔💰
