@@CharlieChang This is very inspiring. I created a faceless channel and taking heed to this video. This is so informative and such a blessing to see. Thank you.
Subscribers, in my opinion, do matter if you want to work with brands. When I had 50k subs nobody would work with me. As soon as I passed 150k subs my email started getting flooded with requests. I now work with tons of brands and affiliate companies all around the USA. I can't keep up with all the work as there are products being delivered to my house 3-4 days out of each week. At this point I need to hire a team. Keep uploading and be consistent. It WILL grow your channel if you do.
Genuine question - I'm curious how you can have 237k followers, yet you only get minimal views per video. You posted some shorts that did really well (couple of them 30m and 20m view respectively) - is that where your followers came from?
I've noticed a frustrating pattern with content creators: They excel at creating engaging hooks and promotional content, but the actual valuable information often ends up being vague or locked behind paid courses. I keep watching these videos hoping to find creators who openly share their knowledge. While I appreciate the motivational content, what would be more helpful is detailed, practical advice for channel growth that's freely accessible to the community.
I hear you and agree, in this case the guy is selling courses. In order to get the sale he is presenting the info in the same manner as you describe, which is the same manner they please the algorithm. Captivating and getting you to engage initially is what gets rewarded. Dangling and teasing you to keep watching some or all is what gets them paid. Same practice works for getting an initial sale. Confidence in what you are doing leads to wanting to distribute and teach others more readily. If taking action is really the differentiator as they say, then they do not need to paywall teh knowledge but instead to paywall the labor cost. Give the education for free but charge for coaching and consulting. You will still make a killing because most people operate on feelings, they want to feel confident they are going about it in a sensible way and a paid consult or coaching session does that. Many will pay for such a thing *just* for good measure so they can try to mitigate wasting their time doing it wrong. In every single case you can give the knowledge away and charge for helping with implementation. However the truth is selling works, and you can get the sale without that. All that being said, I do see some value in all this. I had some takeaways, although I do feel this was a bit of an infomercial for the course material

There's definitely some bs Socialblade says his main channel earns at most 3k/month by youtube ads, and is dying. He uploaded 1 video last 3 months. No way he make 200k a month Bro is definitely trying to hustle some money with his course. Doesn't mean all the advices are not valid
exactly, he also said 30% from youtube ads, so his 100% monthly would be 10k, not 200k or whatever. He also said few k per sponsor ship, you can easily count how many recent video his main channel has and infer his monthly would be at most some dozen k. Plus his channel is dying, no new videos, recent videos are like 100k views, so not even few dozen k per month. He definitely would make more selling courses, which is why all these coure selleing people do that
@@namfromvietnam um...That's not how it actually works. You do know that different vids have different rpms and cpms right? So true the advantage of "having no friends"...you will generally have no care in the world; no worry about people judging you or criticizing you etc. Good for him!!
Valuable video with a lot of good tips, but I wouldn't exactly take the advice of "Don't have any friends." I use to be very introverted but had at least a few "high-quality friends." Yes yes fake friends are overrated as you can't depend on them. But slowly as I grew older, I learned how to make myself enjoyable to be around. Eventually, I started getting invited to events, parties, and social gatherings. Making yourself enjoyable to be around is a skill and can be learned. If you conduct any business that requires face-to-face interaction, or you are networking, being likable is important.
Faceless videos still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame - ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.

i want to do this too but i’m confused. youtube says you can’t monetize with content that isnt 100% your own. if your using clips from content out there how are you getting these channels monetized
I had a similar confusion - when I see people blatantly posting entire movies and music videos AND getting millions of views on them AND RUclips totally ignoring them even if I reported, I understood that all these 'rules' are just 'tools' in their toolkit to swat down troublemakers as and when needed. RUclips is the biggest 'gangster' in town, so long as your content makes them money by way of views primarily because their ads get so much more exposure, they'll just turn a blind eye to you. But if they get put into even a remotely uncomfortable position because, say, somebody powerful (not necessarily a singular entity but could be a demographic too) objected to your content, then your channel is toast. What a wonderful video! Great information and very helpful! I have thought about trying a faceless channel, to replace my Nail channel that's not growing. But i didn't know where to start for the faceless channel.
Wouldn't your 'nail' channel already be 'faceless' technically? Or if it isn't now, wouldn't making it so be not too difficult? I'm a dude so I don't know much about nails so pardon me if my questions sound silly or ignorant. The way I understand 'faceless' channels is - that you speak but never show your face on camera (not having a camera could be an excellent way to ensure that). In case of your Nails channel, you may be showing your nails, I guess? so you'll need that camera, of course. But you could avoid showing your face, no? That'd be a beginning. Beyond that, faceless channels are about supplementing self-produced footage with clips from other sources which entails research as Tran mentions in above video somewhere.
@Intepreneur my nail channel isn't faceless currently, no. But it certainly wouldn't be hard to make it faceless. But I think the nail niche is a tough one to grow into a large audience. It feels like it's gonna take a long time to get it to where I need it to be financially. Faceless channels grow much faster it seems, so if I went in that direction, I'd start with a completely different niche.
Just imagine spending 17 years of your life going to school and then university, earning a doctorate in engineering or a similar field, climbing the corporate ladder, and not even making $100k a year-while some blue-haired guy from Asia educates you on RUclips about how to live your life properly and makes over $300k a month in the process. 😅
A lot of great content here and most your videos, but the brief bit on "his team" at 8:22 is very telling about the mindset of some people in his position. Reframing the idea of utilizing low wages and desparation faced by workers in foreign markets as "working harder or not being loyal" or marketing your own service as a way to save 80-90% on payroll is giving a lot of Vivek vibes in 2025.
I have to figure out "how I'm going to be different from the competition so I don't have to compete" is a misleading statement. You will NEVER, EVER, EVER.... EVER find a niche/topic where there's no competition.... where NOBODY has made a video about it before. YES you need to make yours different, to stand out and show your video is better..... BUT he glosses over it all as "just find a topic where there's no competition". The only topics that have no competition are topics that have no demand.... and what good is that? WHy would I create a supply for something that has NO demand? Any topic with ANY demand will (i promise you) have creators already in the space at some level. YOUR job is to find the ones where the competition is the least OR the quality of the content in that space is easily bested. Jeez I just need to make my own channel to teach people these things and get around the lies and fluff these successful creators like to project. A "Fact or Fiction" channel maybe.... cause all these guys seem to lie on SOME level to make them look better or make their content more attractive.
I'm struggling to find a consistent content on my youtube channel because I don't do anything long term, like cooking, travel or pets or hobbies, so in this case, can I just do a vblog like some of the youtubers which including everything in their videos? I just found out Jack Tran's documentaries videos, I'm interested in many of them, I like how he discovered some of the hidden elites that are controlling every aspect of human's life...
I just posted for the first time on my faceless channel and I have to admit this is not for weak cause I still have zero views😭😂🤣 but I'll try not to give up so soon

Hi dude, thanks for your content - when did you start with it??
thanks from Italy!
I'm struggling to find a consistent content on my youtube channel because I don't do anything long term, like cooking, travel or pets or hobbies, so in this case, can I just do a vblog like some of the youtubers which including everything in their videos? I just found out Jack Tran's documentaries videos, I'm interested in many of them, I like how he discovered some of the hidden elites that are controlling every aspect of human's life...
small channels we gonna make it
This guy has really inspired me!

Lovely
He might be 26 but he's wise. I'm 38, I agree with most of the things he says.
