The market can be unpredictable, and you really need to spread your risk across different sectors. Now, I’m working on making my portfolio more stable.
I used to be in the same boat. My portfolio wasn’t growing the way I’d hoped, but after connecting with a CFA like Joseph Nick Cahill, my investments have become way more balanced. He really helped me navigate some of the common pitfalls-like concentrating too much in one area and letting my emotions control my choices. With his guidance, I’m on track to build more stable, long-term wealth
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked him up on Google and explored his website; he has an impressive background in investments. I've sent him an email, and I hope to hear back from him soon
Tell me about it!!! We need to come across good infos like this. I see a lot of recommendations in comments, but Joseph Nick Cahill is the only one i can ever trust
My company paid a consultant to provide retirement classes when I was 24 and just started saving for retirement. The class was called "The Kids Table" and basically their advice was go with a target retirement fund that aligned with your 65th birthday. That was 20 years ago. It is the only thing I've ever invested in. How else can I grow my finance?
When it comes to personal finance, following the steps of a well experienced FA did the trick for me in barely 5 years. Helped turn my capital into a whooping 6 figure yearly returns. If you want to keep it very safe, then Vanguard TDF may be for you.
Karen Lynne Chess is the licensed FA I use. Just google the name. You’d find necessary details to work with and set up an appointment. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
I find this very informative, curiously inputted Karen Lynne Chess on the web and at once spotted her consulting page, she seems highly professional from her resumé ...
Wow, this is so inspiring! 🙌 I love how you’ve built multiple income streams and turned your 9-to-5 into financial freedom in just 2 years. Your journey is a real motivation for anyone looking to take control of their finances. Thanks for sharing your tips and strategies!
THANKS. Just what I needed to watch. My wife and I are administrators of our farming business and our own properties, as well as small pensions. I am almost 56, my Wife is 52. We have started saving for retirement from the farm and maybe live off rental income, I would really appreciate it if you would do a video on how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably let's say 1 million bucks.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
That is logical. I have a six-figure diversified stock portfolio and have been using a financial market specialist for the past two years. However, this year I want to diversify even more.
@@viviancarolgioao Using one's services this year is one of my objectives. I saw a few on LinkedIn, but I didn't receive a response. Could you suggest the person you collaborate with?

Lucky you, I’d buy a lot of tech stocks and Dividend portfolios with that. Don’t come to RUclips looking for RUclips advise, instead contact a fiduciary for proper guidance.
Same, I just use RUclips for research purposes, I run all my major investment through an investment adviser, the market is just too unstable to handle things on your own.
I'm very cautious about giving specific recommendations as everyone's situation varies. Consider independent financial advisors like "Sophie Lynn Carrabus"I've worked with her for some time and highly recommend her. Check if she meets your criteria.

And the “active income” although being an influencer is A LOT of work. It’s far harder than a 9 to 5 desk job so unless you’re earning a 6 figure income with it, like she does, it shouldn’t be seen as the easier way.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
I wholeheartedly concur; I'm 60 years old, just retired, and have about $1,250,000 in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little amount of money in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by invt-advisors can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.
Thank you for saving me backward and forward hours of researching the markets, I just copied and pasted Melissa Terri Swayne on my browser, and her site appeared top search, no nonsense at all. She looks impeccable.

The best approach to achieving financial success is through steady investments, I believe every Investor should start with ETFs for a solid foundation, then diversify across asset classes and maintain disciplined, regular investing to minimize risks and maximize growth.
Knowledgeable Investors know where and how to put money during a crisis in order to reduce risk and maximize returns. See a market strategist with experience if you are unable to manage these market conditions.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

To provide some balance….this equates to a lot of personal time, and ongoing, and you can’t buy time; you’ll realise as you get older around you that life is valuable & short so don’t waste it being sucked in by IT and chasing making more money a priority in your ‘doing years’. Good point made on not relying on one revenue stream but for the majority out there with a heavy mortgage and day to day costs, perhaps with a family, there is little time to think further or have anything spare to invest; most of these suggestions apply to an extremely small amount of fortunate people. Folks living their lives and being happy is key to a long happy life rather than having lots of money (having been in IT 30 years and retiring wealthy with one revenue stream) but each to their own. Stage 1: Invest in yourself, evaluate present situation versus where you want to be and only buy what you REALLY need along the way.
I believe you are well intentioned with your post - but we live in a different world where any form of success requires multiple income streams AND job security is far from guaranteed. Plus wages & salaries have really stagnated. With respect - the world is very different for millennials & gen z vs retiring boomers. Thanks!
Hi Nischa, thank you for this video it was very informative. Can you elaborate on how you would go about pre-selling an online course, before deciding to create the full course?
Great content, as usual. This should be compulsive viewing in schools etc. I couldn’t find VYM as an available option in UK. VHYG is though. Also if you’re UK based use your ISA allowance. Then your dividends will be tax free. too. Good job Nischa!
Hey Nischa, thank you for another great video. If you don't mind me asking, do you work as a contractor for your accountancy role, say 2-3 days per week? Or is something more permanent?
I am very much in the category where you lose your one income stream and you are in big trouble very quickly especially if the job market is difficult as it is now. Also barrier to entry going up, with wages going down. It would be nice to see percentages that make up the entire income e.g. is 50% from consulting and the other 50% broken down by equally or another 40% for youtube etc...
Great video I’d really be interested in your take on saving for a first house as a young working professional in the UK also trying to develop good money habits and build wealth
Thank you for sharing, it’s really useful information! Like others in the comments, I would love to hear more about REITS and commercial investment. I’m in California so it might be completely different from what you’re describing or not. 😊
Hey Nischa, what do you think of Fundrise for real estate investing? I want to invest in real estate but I don't want the headache of dealing with tenants.
Hi Nischa, next year I'm starting a full time role but I'll be getting paid monthly which will be a first for me. Do you have any tips for how I should structure a budget/ manage my money each month?
There is nothing wrong with having a 9-5 job. This toxic culture of encouraging people to be depressed of having a 9-5 job needs to stop! I have my own business, but sometimes I miss working 9-5. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make decent returns
Best thing is to carry out extensive research and be on top of current events. Know how current events can alter share prices and apply logic over your emotions. This is what worked for me. Best of luck
You were blessed with excellent facial features. Regarding dividends, it’s helpful to know that the stock price will be reduced by the amount of the dividend.

I really appreciate your honesty Nischa. ❤ Thank you.

Hey Nischa, what do you think of Fundrise for real estate investing? I want to invest in real estate but I don't want the headache of dealing with tenants.
LOVE you NISCHA!!!!❤
Are REITS worth it, or are they too expensive? Also how does one get into commercial property?
Good question

Hi Nischa, next year I'm starting a full time role but I'll be getting paid monthly which will be a first for me. Do you have any tips for how I should structure a budget/ manage my money each month?
Bought 15k of VYM and 15k of VOO. I’m still a minnow in an ocean.
Hey! The tax advice one is interesting. Do you provide it only for Uk/US? Or other countries as well?
Hello Nischa. Best video Thanks you God bless 🙌 you
There is nothing wrong with having a 9-5 job.
Hi Nischa, could you pls make a video on how to use Trading212 to invest in ETFs, including REIT ETFs.
Thanks
That was great! Thank you!

You were blessed with excellent facial features.
Regarding dividends, it’s helpful to know that the stock price will be reduced by the amount of the dividend.
