It feels like it bc that’s exactly what happens.Then ,once you are so depleted,your functioning is at an all time low? They then pull the blame,scold,humiliate and pull the victim card out-as you are doing them no good.
They think doing the above might change it and the hole in your super hero cape will suddenly mend.
When I’m reality,you have no energy left whatsoever.
A good strategy-go do something ,however small to appreciate the day and what it represents and keep it to yourself.

Me to my dad passed away on Valentine's day wen I was 2 n never Remeber him n have a narc who discarded me n then last Valentine's trying get me back after he left. What lol hope this Valentine's day is better still healing still crap n I hope for all us things get better. Stay strong 💪💯❤️
