I've been seeing “Love Bombing” pop up a lot on social media - It’s a great mental health topic and I wanted to dive into it. Love Bombing is a possible characteristic of a narcissist and can happen in narcissistic relationships. It's a manipulation tactic used by some narcissists to overwhelm the victim with love and attention with the goal of later getting them to do what they want. Love bombing can be hard to see or identify, especially at the beginning of an unhealthy relationship, so I'm breaking down the common red flags (things to look out for) in this unhealthy relationship pattern.
