Was hoping a xenoblade chronicles request with get posted. Recently listened to mechanical rhythm. All the xenoblade games have such great soundtracks.
@Jonah Laining the DE version is definitely better mixed. However the start of the original was more powerful with that more prominent bass note every 2 bars and also the first peak/chorus is extremely atmospheric and delivers a right punch
The Definitive Edition version is better mixed, higher bitrate obviously with a newer console, but makes some creative choices that are a bit divisive.
xenoblade chronicles has one of the best video game soundtracks of all time
The whole series definitely top 5 best osts of all time for video games

2:30 to 2:35 rocked my soul I've never heard that kind of key change like that before. Oh man that felt great thank you.

OMG YOU ARE AMAZING
The theme of nearly endless running and climbing up I think 8 floors
Damn 🤘
This almost reminds of an OCRemix of Fear Factory I heard long ago. Carries that similar vibe.
He is right there....someone on stream needs to give him Counter attack from Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I cant make it to streams or I would
This reminds me a lot of like... a Phantasy Star Online track. The original one.
Shame it wasn’t the Definitive Edition version, that one is better mixed and uses better synths.
honestly, I was kinda tired and just grabbed the first version I saw. >.< Still worked out pretty well IMO.

DE version is trash. Sounds way too calm imo (yes im aware im replying to a 2 yo comment, Idc)
