In the video you said 1/3 cup of almond milk and the written recipe says 1/2 cup. Could you please clarify which is correct? Can't wait to try it, thanks so much!

Erythritol does not agree with me. Is there anything else I can use?

Gentle suggestion for future ...perhaps stop all the chatter in the beginning...get straight into recipe plse...& get to the point while demonstrating. We don"t need to know about Michaels & ramekins.
However...thank you so much for your time to make this vid.

Do you think you can come up with a grape nuts custard pudding, like the traditional in the instant pot? Thanks for the vanilla custard recipe. 👍

Too much futzing around and too much time cooling for 3 little custards that would be inhaled.

It actually doesn't take very long to make them, the hardest part is waiting for them to cool off. 😁 My family loves these little treats so I think it well worth the effort to make it for them. If you want something a little quicker, I have a playlist of desserts that hopefully you can find one that better suits you. Thank you for watching and for sharing your opinion, I always value what my viewers have to say. Have a wonderful day!
