The Slash is the perfect all around RC vehicle. I have $2,000.00 into mine and I don't regret anything about it. I'd do it all over again and again and again.
I have 2 2 wheel drive rustlers the new rustler 4x4 vxl nothing's is stock and I love the Aarma notorious my favorite most durable rc I own period so far

I have a trail truck and it's tyres squeal like an old American move makes me smile like a kid.i have a vintage bandit put a brushless system in it and got awesome speed out of it eventually broke the gearbox it's retired now love to get a slash looks awesome to drive cheers for the videos! Keep rcing all!!!
I enjoyed the video. I appreciate your enthusiasm. I thought the body on your Slash looked great. If you buy a Slash, buy a pair of RPM or aluminum rear hubs. We run these with our school club and I just buy a bunch of cheap aluminum rear buns and when they break, which they will, I give them to the student. That's one thing Traxxas could improve on the Slash. They almost always break. Thanks for video. The speed of that Slash is insane.
That’s a good looking truck. I just got the 1/7 scale Mojave & the weight of it allows me to go full throttle & let me tell you it sounds like a hurricane coming. I like the new body style on the Slash there definitely a great RC. I only like the 4 wheel drive trucks though they just seem to drive so much better.

I had that problem with my RC10GT 15 years ago, so much that I put lead weights in the front to “try “ to keep the front down. We clocked it right at 50 and it was a beast.

I have been eyeing a bandit for awhile. I haven't had a buggy in a few decades, it would be fun to drive one again. I picked up some of your thumb wheels!!!👍👍👍
But Bandit is the worst buggy for its price. Better buy Serpent RTR than Bandit. Also Typhon 3S is better. I love my Traxxas Slash and Sledge, but i never buy Traxxas parody on buggy called Bandit :-D. It's not a buggy, It's a toy.
Not trying to point out the obvious, but once you put the padded wheel back on the Thumb steering wheel it covers the “MSM Limited” logo! Perhaps put the MSM on the Thumb portion? 🤔

I can't believe I'm admitting this, but my slash VXL was just too fast, I changed it to the xl5 and titan motor. I would rather have it more drivable than try to control it. I am using some faster gearing and 2s and it's fast enough for me.
To me that's not fun. It's just like my 2wd upgraded stampede. Can't drive it full throttle ever. Granted it was my first truck, it stays on the shelf since it's so undroveable. I'd need a brick on the front to even attempt a full speed pass.

I’m a traxxas dealer and I personally have 25 cars roughly, 15 of them are 2wd slash’s, they are by far my favorite!

The redesigned caps on the ultra shocks are super solid. I’ve never had one come off.

Hack Fab shock limiters and adjusting the slipper helped a lot with the wheeling for me.

I have found on my 4x4 Ultimate that if I stiffen up the rear shocks, it lessens the wheelies.

Try stiffening the rear a bit to keep the front end from popping up so easily on you.
