      You are missing the point that this includes the cost of rice, curd, oats, and fruits. Normally also you eat this. Moreover, as a student nobody is stopping you to earn more. Work! Do something.

      Try to hit just the protein goal first. Baaki sab hojaega dheere dheere. And tumhey 200g protein nahi chaiye.

      Han bhai. I eat simple. Q ki fir koi tension nahi rehti ingredients ki yan kisi food item ki. Variation agar hota bhi hai toh bas dinner mei. Waha mei kabhi kabhi chicken breast ki jagah normal chicken & carbs ke lie dosa khata hu. Baaki sab same.

      Because rice absorbs water so it becomes 3x. Nutritionally 250g cooked rice has values of 80g raw rice. Got it?

      @@YashSharmaFitness same thing as i said in one of the comment replies. I eat a diet of 2500 calories and 120 to 130 g protein approx. Works good, is a practical one and costs 200rs only. 500rs makes its impractical for students. And see students of today's generation working hard for competitive exams and all do not have extra free time for work.
