My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

Vertical integration was something we were working towards long-term! So many people don't show the realities of running a company and the strain it can have, but it's all worth it. One thing I struggled with was a vague structure with my former business partner and a lack of clear direction. Just watched a couple of videos you are a real inspiration sir! I dont know the full scale of your operations yet, but i have had the tought of when you operate a weave of businesses like this to have a deep clean firm that services everything. Not the day to day cleaning but a firm that comes to locations once per month or so with real professional gear, carpet cleaners, steam, advanced chemicals etc. Throw in a janitor in the team and you can do locks and light service at the same time. When it comes to cleaning and businesses ive noticed that ''home blindness'' is really a thing ''The word Swedes call 'Hemmablind' which, roughly translates to 'Home blindness'. It means adapting to environments without questioning fault. We stop seeing problems to the extent that finding a solution slowly makes its way to the bottom of the to-do list until it drops off into passive acceptance.''

James do not stack your chairs outside the ice cream store, it send a perverse incentive that the store is closing down. Just watched a rory sutherland video and he literally spoke about how that can makes customers think that your closing there for there are time pressures on top of buying a drink. I wonder if you will read this, if you want the video I can link ya.

After watching some of james videos i spent all of last night sourcing for a commercial property for lidl as they have a huge expansion budget and are calling out on the public so i found and area that they could probably expand in and the property also listed about 3 days ago so I'm going to phone up the department and see. My Question is that James what is your take or advice on such opportunities??
