You have farms, put some heirloom type pigs in a small enclosure and feed them all of the scraps and mistakes . And as an attraction. And ultimately for food. Wooly pigs, pot belly pigs, there are many old world pigs that facinate people to see
Great video James :) it's brilliant you have high standards and want your businesses to look pristine. Also the in house repair of play centre equipment and surfaces is a brill idea too.
Interesting, I had a quick look at Tripadvisor reviews on this place a few minutes, and I was impressed - every review (good or not so good) got a response (and they looked to be slightly different as well, and referring to the review. First impressions count, every single time, James shouldn't have been the one on the 'obvious details' - the 'finer details' yes, not the 'obvious details'. A great video and most interesting as well 👍👍👍
I appreciate that. But here’s the breakdown. 20% for the product 20% for the overhead 20% for Vat 20% for Labour 20% for profit The reality is our staffing works out at 35% So on £5 sale we’d make 5% contribution to head office. So between 25p and 50p to central head office. Out of this we pay corp tax and reinvest a lot of this money. The other option is volume; in reality, most people only visit leisure venues once a year as they like variety. Supermarkets work to lower margin because people spend circa £120 per visit and visit regularly. We get around £3 spend per head on food and it has been as high as £5 ( this includes Babies as we count our customers as they come in)
Great content but handy hint - easier to film (video) the pieces of work you need done with your voice commentary alongside it. Saves time and removes possibility of misunderstanding etc.
James. Im a menber of partyman world for my daughter. The rollers up the top of the cambridge partyman world my daugher she got stuck underneith because its so low amd she thought she was clever and went under it rather that through both the rollers. You might wna raise it up a bit. I nearly ripped he arms off pulling her out the other side because she couldnt go backwards again. Also cam i be your cambridge maintenance man. Ive been doing it 20 years and would make that place beautiful! And it needs a good clean and a dust in the play areas!
Great videos, love business, difficult enough having one business to manage. Would love to demonstrate our q-table a digital table for nurseries and get your thoughts.
you are wrong my friend, The two best places I've been a manager at was where we gave more slack on the leash. you have to get the right people though and it works better if the wages are good for the job they are doing.
Hi James, please could you advise. I'm a small local business one man band and I make stickers for vans etc (vinyl signwriting) How would you pitch to other companies so I could do the vans for them. I'm not sure how to approach this sending an email I don't think will cut it. Much appreciated thankyou

Get your self down to Southampton party man world. I was disappointed with how bad the place is. Dirty, run down, lazy staff. Just rubbish. I say this as a fan. Not a troll. Danny
Good afternoon friends! Many companies left Russia. Excellent opportunities for starting a business have opened up. Ready to help launch your business here in Russia. Any suggestions write me to the mail that is indicated in the profile, section "about the channel" Sincerely, Denis Smirnov.

Love the authenticity of this video, I’m fast becoming a fan of this chap!
When you have passion for what you do. You have a much better chance for success. James definitely has passion for what he does

A credit to the business world, a credit to Essex. Keep up the good work.
Great insight into your business. £4-£5 for 2-3 scoops of ice cream is too expensive when your out as a family.

I notice the walls ice cream bins at your venues need to be switched to the Rossi branding I reckon
Did you find out why they had chairs on the bins in Cambridge?!?!

Don't forget your seatbelt. You're putting the guy's life in the front in jeopardy as well by not wearing one.
Oh dear - 17 min video and that’s all you could come up with!? Shouldn’t you be busy booking in your 14th Covid jab pal …..
That's idiotic
@hillbillywisdom777 how so?
