@@wesleymadsen4357 they certainly are! Old centurys are cool for sure - however, getting into an old Grey Marine for the first time can be interesting, as they have their quirks! We also have a whole stack of videos about that boat as well, before we sold it, that we need to put together down the road as well.
This video has been the best one so far on your channel! The narrative matches up spot on with the 8mm film clips you have pieced throughout, and the background music fits the narrative well. For most people that hear about the cabin in Canada, it’s hard to describe why it has meant so much to the family for generations…this video encapsulates the reason!
That match up to the 8mm films was by design, and it took quite some time to find each segment of 8mm film that I was looking for. I knew each one was there, but had to go back through 5 to 10 hours of 8mm scanned footage to find them! Each one added up to a considerable amout of editing time lol.

If you're not aware, there's a pretty large Vintage Alumacraft group on Facebook who would probably love to see that boat posted up. I personally think Queen Merries are really cool when set up with twin engines on them. Perfect hull for it.
Thanks Harrison! It's been a long time coming - as you can see, I've got videos stashed on the thing that need put together. Still trying to get it to the ramp this season yet and try it out - got rained out this last week when I went with my son. Maybe today I'll get a chance this afternoon LOL. -Brock
